Good video man, I know you usually play sword and shield fighter. Have you tried longsword fighter out? The war maul is pretty easy to parry and the reposte dmg still cuts through barbs.
i always wanted frontliner warlock to be a viable alternative to caster lock, now its a thing but maybe a bit too powerfull compared to fighter. i just hope they can balance it out while keeping it as a viable frontliner class alternative to fighter/barb because variety is always good and healthy.
I agree with pretty much the entire list, do you play trio normals at all? I feel like platelock demon mode is way too slow even with mid-tier gear in high roller I just have people constantly walking away from me when I wear plate.
one fix for rangers is reducing the movement speed penalty of the longbow. Why on earth does a longbow slow you down as much as a war maul? LET US KITE

@toddfatherttv I'm sorry but I disagree listen to almost any dev and player alike, nobody likes getting nerfed, truly from a game design perspective you always want to raise up classes so they all feel viable and effective in their niche. Overall "Good game design" has all characters both meaningful in situations and fun to play, generally speaking you make it fun to play against as well but having some off strategies that whilst hard to perform are rewarding in other ways. Nerfing characters in general feels bad and when characters that seem in line with others get nerfed it feels even worse, generally the only time peoples mentals can accept nerfs as good is when it's agreed that the strat being nerfed was uncounterable or offered litter counterplay without certain resources. A perfect game to me means all classes feel powerful in situations but not in every situation ( I do agree barb is in general a bit good right now and agree it's the class that benefits the most from plus all with the given abilities and base stats) but back to the point feels good in certain situations and not as good in others for all characters, those good in some and bad in others metrics correlate to a rock paper scissor feel. Not so much as it's unwinnable if your rock and vs paper but like a 70 30 split I'd be happy with, so long as all the classes have a matchup that they are the 70 split. I agree with more this time around for sure but I do not agree in general nerfs are needed, classes all feel strong right now and ttk is still higher than last season. Fights generally take longer (so much pdr and mdr helps) but it feels like a good change, as people scale they both do more dmg and take less, yes this is why gear differential feels so high atm cause not only is the geared guy hitting harder but also probably has an extra 20-30% more pdr than you too. But this means longer similar gear fights and meaningful specs into certain stats. Are you all in on true dmg and move speed or hard into pdr mdr snd move speed for all that plate? Like high gear fights feel more diverse and overall ttk is up so fights feel more fun and interactive than try not to get 2 bopped on one bad footstep.
@toddfatherttv they end once people commit to an all in and it's still slower than last season you cant say it isn't, barb last season didn't have acess to as high of pdr and mdr as Rolls that's a only real difference to buffball at the end of last season and this one, the plus 2 all is definitely felt but how much it pushes barb ahead your over exaggerating, support plus dps is a well known combo across all games, if you deteriorate the buffs given supports feel useless, if you nerf dps dmg with resistances you end up with ranger feeling like it does now (ranger should feel like this, the first demi was ranger this season which only speaks to the skill ceiling of the class) and that was a class everyone didn't want to be the best in the game and for good reason. On average my fights atm Frontlines last at least 5-6 hits if the enemy isn't geared 12-14 and that's meaningful for how effective the gear is, when you can 3-4 bop them. But it's not the 1 tap meta we saw last season, where everyone built as much dmg as possible to reduced ttk as much, this season we go the other way with pdr, fights take longer on average buff ball is just the most effective at not drawing out that fight like most ranged classes do, making it feel more like a stomp than when a team ice bolt slow chains the barb coming at them and warlock kites as Frontline, and you kite them down, running them over as barb feels strong but in reality both comps can win that fight its jist one wins with good pacing engagment and kiting plus hitting abilities and the other wins by buffing and pressing w plus left click, it's not that it's uncounterable it'd that its a little overturned and barb as a base character, not that buffs shouldn't be meaningful.
