I wonder if this vision of needing reinvention over and over is as universal as being proposed here. I think, much like the old stigma of the “Made in China” label, AI generated lessons, books, art, theater, etc., is going to be seen as cheap. I am an oil painter and musician and I make my primary living teaching people to sing, so my world is full of people who value the arts. Maybe this less than “usual” lifestyle tilts my feeling. It may end up as another separation between the haves and have-nots. AI created knock-offs versus human created goods, clothing, etc. In any event, it will be awhile before we literally have robots with high level motor control handling all the tasks of life. I find it more concerning that coding is going to be more easily managed via AI. I am absolutely certain that will be true and already IS true. If humans don’t learn code as part of their base level education, we won’t understand the language being used by our own creations which in turn, they will be using to create more of themselves. @Lloyd Bernard Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $321k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

Harari talks about interesting things, but it's sad that he pollutes his discussions with his biases. I've not once seen Tom pollute discussions with his bias, he has his point of view but he doesn't make it toxic by stating his biases as facts, now that's an intelligent person.

I wonder if this vision of needing reinvention over and over is as universal as being proposed here. I think, much like the old stigma of the “Made in China” label, AI generated lessons, books, art, theater, etc., is going to be seen as cheap. Humans have powerful egos and place a high value on themselves and their own work. I am an oil painter and musician and I make my primary living teaching people to sing, so my world is full of people who value the arts. Maybe this less than “usual” lifestyle tilts my feeling. AI created knock-offs versus human created goods, clothing, etc. In any event, it will be awhile before we literally have robots with high level motor control handling all the tasks of life. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $321k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

The WEF is a group of politicians, corporations & NGOs intent on engineering societies & nations to suit themselves without democratic process and through stakeholder capitalism (meaning, corporations etc influence agendas through lobbying, propaganda & acquisition; also bypassing democratic process).
People with traditional religious values don't want to have the conversations with someone like this because it challenges their view of the world. They mostly think in terms of a binary around their particular variety of God and beliefs, and anyone else. The worst of which of course and those that must be demonized are those who are atheist and or taking a humanist point of view about the moral questions in the world today. He does that in a brilliant kind and open-hearted way and that terrifies traditional religious people.

The world has Never been more Lost without God in it. We don't even know what a woman is anymore. God created man and woman.
