Demo and remove existing concrete / flagstone.
Excavate - 7.5”.
Install Geotex fabric for a stable foundation and so native soils do not mix. Install 4” of Class II Base Rock for patio, then compact.
Add 1” of sharp bedding sand, lay pavers by hand and then second compaction.
Install bond beam borders.
Add joint sand on top and final 3rd compaction.
New drought resistant plants with drip system.
