Doors067 who cares?? He does! College admission scandal only applies to the idiots who tried to buy their kids way into school. UCLA is an amazing school.
Sarah Lane applies to validity of all degrees as a whole from said institution to future employers. This is why rightfully so there are potential lawsuits pending. A few bad apples ruin the barrel
I was shook when I saw a familiar face from SSP summer program in my recommendations! Congratulations on all those great acceptances!! (i also heard back from colleges and i’m going to Vanderbilt! )

to caltech: “that was a stretch, very hard to get into so not disappointed.” HA. literally all of the schools you applied to are stretches even for the smart people
OMG GO BEARS!! Lol I'm a sophomore at Cal rn and I think it's funny how you checked Cal and then Princeton because I did that and I also didn't get into Princeton 😂 but honestly I love Berkeley so I was ok with it hahaha
congrats on the acceptances! i don’t know where u ended up committing to but i’m a second year student at geoegia tech and make videos about my genuine college experience. if you ended up choosing a different university, my videos could still act as a general guide for freshman year! good luck!
I was put on the Georgia Tech waitlist as well, but I did end up admitted. Out of state acceptance was like 14.8% or something but seeing the schools that you were admitted to I’m sure you were taken off the waitlist by now and admitted.
Hey man, I'm from Virginia as well, junior in hs, and wanting to major in film, George Mason University is my #1 on my list, but I also have UVA and VA Tech on my Top 10 list as well
Wowowowowow you’re so right these college acceptance videos are beyond addictive You got into some really good schools congrats See you at UCLA if you decide to go there! Cali is the best
Question for y'all. I'm doing a Q&A with HS students this Jan. I've been out of school for a while (graduated from college in 2014, did a Master's degree in 2017, working for 3 years). Can you let me know what questions you all have about navigating college and career opportunities? Want to make sure I'm hitting the right notes. I'll be discussing networking and essential skills.
Wow, congratulations on Berkeley!! Dude, pack your things and go!!! It's Berkeley!!! I didn't get into Berkeley. But it's okay I'm going to Chicago. But Berkeley was my first choice.

@@mellingmichael777 I'm not sure if this is right, but I heard that qs rankings also get their info based off of graduate schools as well, so based purely off of undergraduate rankings, which one would you say would be better?
@@juliesong4106 the difference between the two is very minimal so it's not that surprising that he got into one and not the other. Also, Michigan's engineering program is much more difficult to get into than the LSA college, U of M's equivalent to Berkeley's Letters and Science college.
Michigan’s acceptance rate for non-residents is 12%. There is nothing surprising about not getting into Michigan. This year alone, I know students who were admitted into Brown and Cornell but rejected by Michigan.
As far as I know REA and EA are different categories. REA is like ED- you can only apply for one- but you're not legally bound to go there if admitted, unlike ED. So REA is like an amalgamation of EA and ED.
@@jesseding9128 not really. If you've applied REA at one place, then you can't apply REA at other private schools but you can still apply for EA in public schools. After all, REA and EA are different categories. You can google this for more info

Ok
Anyone else see the Harvard paper in the back? Then in the next one it’s gone :(
I’m so invested to see where he goes now. Literally my first time seeing him but I’m so proud
probably Berkely cause thats the best one he got into
Is anyone else avoiding the comments because of spoilers? 🙈
Yes hahaha
Yup
i do the opposite XD

Who else watches these videos just to feel like you’ll get accepted to competitive schools even though you’re most likely not going to?

I’m from Charlottesville and I currently attend UCLA! I’m a freshman I love it!
Anyone else notice his compute screen doesn't change when he gets in
You're so positive dude! Keep it up.
I got into Berkeley too, for math!
The way he dissed my Hokies like that. Ouch! But for real, I hope he’s happy wherever he went.

I’m from Chicago and UChicago is in a shit neighborhood but downtown is sweet! The university is also amazing obviously
your smile is so cute when you got into berkeley 😫
Congratulations for great admits👍🏻🤩
As soon as he said Virginia he gave me serious Gansey from The Raven Cycle vibes.
HE got waitlisted at Michigan? I’m screwed 🙃
Yield protection ur good
Sometimes colleges reject or waitlist people they know are probably going to get into and go to better/more rigorous colleges
Dont worry the whole college admission cycle is a crapshoot
Loved your reaction to RPI 😂😂😂
Just got rejected from UNC, met all the criteria, over 4.0 gpa, 33 ACT, and community service, oh and also I'm a varsity athlete so yeah. That sucks
Lol the yay for VT was so small
Is anyone else just browsing through everyone's decisions
Can someone get an “um” counter

How did you make the writing (like for the names of the schools before every clip)????
I just committed to UVA. School of engineering and applied science too! 🙌🏽
