मैंने vida v1 Plus लिया था 20-25 दिन पहले और स्कूटर को 20 दिन में 2 बार दिल्ली झिलमिल सर्विस सेंटर ले जाना पड़ा ,क्योंकि स्कूटर बिलकुल dead हो गया था ,रोड साइड एसिस्टेंस की हेल्प से towing करवानी पड़ी ,बहुत ही परेशान कर दिया है इस स्कूटर ने ,बेकार स्कूटर है पेट्रोल स्कूटर बेस्ट है एक्टिवा अब लगता है ।10 दिन में सही करके देते है और 5 दिन बाद फिर खराब हो जाता है ।

I have Vida V1 pro. Almost completed 7000km, lots of problems l faced within six months. Company service is not good. After two service the issues have not resolved. Handlebar & ignition switch quality is very poor. Software have so many issues. Many times the vehicle go on ' LIMP HOME' during ride. It's is very risky while highway ride. I think petrol vehicle is better choice than huge money invested in ev.
I bought chetak 8months completed 6000kms done claimed range 90km but iam getting 100 - 110 kms .till now zero problems. went to service station only for washing of vehicle only.we have to believe in bajaj no doubt.iwant to buy 2nd vehicle only chetak iwill buy. thanks to bajaj

Real world range was 95 km itself right? as marketed by the company I remember from an old video I saw a few months go. Don’t go with IDC range. Those are not applicable on real roads.

I own hero optima cxer dual battery. Its been 5 months company has not yet sent the battery. They dont reply to emails properly they dont have an escalation matrix at hero.. I have raised an grievance at NCH, to which hero replied their engineer is working on my battery.... how many more days hero need , i am doubting their intention. I will have to file a case in consumer court..

I own hero optima cxer dual battery.
Its been 5 months company has not yet sent the battery.
They dont reply to emails properly they dont have an escalation matrix at hero..
I have raised an grievance at NCH, to which hero replied their engineer is working on my battery.... how many more days hero need , i am doubting their intention.
I will have to file a case in consumer court..
