高筋面粉 bread flour 200g/ 1,1/2cups
低筋面粉 cake flour 70g/ 1/2cups
细砂糖 caster sugar 30g/ 4Tbsp
盐 salt 1/8tsp
牛奶 milk 160ml+-
植物油 vegetable oil 30g/ 2Tbsp
酵母 yeast 1/2Tbsp
紫薯泥 purple sweet potato puree 160g

长模Pan size 20cm x 10cm x 10cm
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烤 20-25分钟
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20-25minutes

Love this recipe. Dough is nice to handle, not sticky at all although I add 1 small egg yolk. Result is a soft and yummy bread. Thank you @Apron .

Thank you so much for the recipe, Apron. I've tried 3 bread recipes before try yours. And your recipe is the only one that turns out very good at first try. The bread is soft, fluffy and taste delicious. Even after 2 days the bread is still soft and in good condition. I really thankful for the recipe and video, helps me a lot. I can now baking my own healthy bread preservatives free rather buy outside that must contain a lot of preservatives.
Hi, how do you store the bread? Wondering if it will turn bad quickly if I leave it out in the open because of the sweet potato..
@@polkadotties You've gotta keep the bread inside a container once it completely cooled. Best to consume within three days.
