- This build is not like the others. Hands down this was the most fun to build and was great to work with a client who wanted it all. His dream car from childhood has finally become a reality and it was a pleasure to help create that for him and bring his dreams to life.

In a world where most of the builds look exactly the same it’s nice to see something that looks a little different. Hope he uses it and doesn’t just use it to pose out at maccas car parks.

Looks really amazing. One question: What does the owners of these pickups usually carrying on them? I know some hunters but they have standard back like a Hilux has for example with some racks/cage to carrie the animal. And for camping I saw different built of the vehicle. Thank you.
As mentioned in the video, not much for this owner. However you can see we have installed 4x lengths of aircraft style tie down tracks for inserting the latches anywhere on the tray deck

Love how you can shorten the rear overhang but still keep the factory tank. If you did this on a duel cab how long would the bed be?
Around 200mm shorter, so on a dual cab 1650 if you want the tray to be flush with the tow bar cross member.

Looking good. I like alot about the truck except for the idea of two 2⃣ spare tyres. Why not just one. How often do you encounter flat tyre?

Nice, but can't watch these custom builds any more, pensions just can't handle the basic maintenance of an old farm work ute, let alone something fancy. But still, hats off to the owner, nice to see a really nice and precise job. Well done mate.

It is designed to sit level when there is weight in the back or towing. It has a 4000kg GVM with rear air bag assist. It is not unusual to sit like that empty.

@@therealizac2020 What do you mean mate?? The 1VD engines blow up, you have to correct the rear diff track, they are only good for 200HP and 650NM 😂 they do not flex, you have to spend a total of $150,000 to make them go well.
