well ye sab vacancies par depend karta hai ki dehli me kitni vacancies hai Excise ki.
luckily excise ki vacancies hmesa achhi rehti hai
2017 me 1131 smthg thi jisme Ur category ki cut off 543 gyi thi.
so i think ki jisko 570 smnthng honge usko dehli mil jayega.
ye sirf mere according bol rha hu mere pass koi data nhi hai.
Koi bnda ho jiski dehli posting hui ho uske bare me pta lage, tbhi bta skte h ki exactly kitne marks jada Chahiye honge.

Sir what u said is absolutely true, I recently joined Mumbai division as a technician in railways, most of the candidate there were from northern India and none of them liked Mumbai at all, kaafi logon se achi dosti bhi hogayi and they are all saying kaise bhi karke wapus ghar jaana hai.
