Moreover let me add another one important point : if there is RBBB and LPHB { left posterior hemiblock } then this patient should undergo urgent cath for coronary arteries because this is usually is highly indicative of ACS.

سؤال : لو عيان AF وجاي shocked
هدور علي السبب واعالجه لو متاح
بس هل هنتظر نتيجة العلاج دة تظهر ع العيان وهل ال AF with rapid vent. response من الامور اللى ممكن انتظر عليها
ولا اعمل DC shock وبعدين ابقى ادور ع السبب

حسب مافهمت ال shock ليس سببه rapid AF اذن لن تكون هناك نتيجة ادا عملت DC shock
لان سبب shock هو sepsis or hyovolimia
You should treat thé cause of shock
Transfusion if bleeding
Noradrénaline if sepsis
Thrombolylisis if EP
