hmmmm I have the same problem. I used an Insulin needle to push the button inside the small hold next to the Type-C port...the whole machine goes lim and resets... but i still cant turn it off after i turn it back on. blehhh
Same here my moza not working like this, Solution: Before turn on, rotate max to right n hold and turn on. If not working maybe ur device rotor or cable need to adjust power source
@@eradioindia the first rotor with barcode app need to rotate max to right or left. If working the cable or power source output the problem. If not working change batery maybe help. Fyi 1st rotor with barcode app 2nd rotor beside holder 3rd rotor below holder
@@eradioindia hi, the problem is about firmware and first rotor. The update make ur device not properly working, interupted while downloading might be the 1st issue. 2nd issue u must adjust first rotor.
