Tune and Talk 5 - Take two of tune and talk 5

Due to some trouble with tune and talk 5 comments being hidden, I decided to un-list the video and try again. Here is take 2!!
Today I play and talk about a great Reel called the Flogging Reel, and discuss some fun facts regarding this tune.

Never heard anyone playing "An raibh tú ag an Carraig" ( Were you at the rock) on a concert set. Séamus Ennis plays a version on his flat set, you can find it here on TH-cam, I'm sure you've come across it. Perhaps you could give it a go.
Liam ó Maonlaí sings it as Gaeilge, it's an air about the Mass rock, during penal times mass would be said in secret at these rocks.

I've had a search for it and listened to a few different versions. It's a beautiful air. Thanks for sharing the title and story behind it. It definitely voices well on the flat set... I may have to try and give this one a go! Much appreciated!
