WOW! I wish i saw this video before my first QC gig some weeks ago when I Switched to preset A my big ass foot raised the volume knob to max and that was a moment of disaster.

Just lock the screen and it disables the volume knob. Long press the power button after firing it up and it gives you a few options like reboot, shut down and lock the screen/volume knob.
Hello Erik, have you experienced any overheating issues with the Quad Cortex? Several of my friends have encountered shutdowns due to overheating during performances, or it simply won't power on because of overheating...

I had my first gig with mine a few months back and switched to preset. Went to an unwritten present.

I know - I do that as well :) This way makes your setup more consistent imho - no need to worry about volume knob placement gig-to-gig :)

Nope, never! 😯 And I’ve had it in direct sunlight for long periods of time during gigs!
