F-15E here, 6aam on it suffers in close range fights thanks to it's launch delay if your belly faces the ground somewhat, so you might want to launch early into where you'll think they go, flip upside down and use them a bit like MSL (HCAA has extremely good off the rail homing 6AAM doesn't have), or just slide them into the enemy if you're above em.
I'm glad I've subscribed to you. I love Ace Combat, it's a part of me. Your videos have given me vast insight on how to fly. I thought I was good, I had to be! I've been playing for years! Yet, your videos showed just how novice I was and I loved it. It's helped me a lot, Ace Combat 7 is the first game in the series I've beat on Ace difficulty as a result. I can tell you love the game as well. Thank you for all you do!
This was a good video. Honestly I never thought of the mig 21bis as an energy fighter but more like a turn fighter but I see it now. I love going against higher teir planes because they never expect the mig 21 to dodge all their missiles. I also love using the f4 phantom to screw with them.
Man, AC7 multiplayer is a whole different beast huh. I never even knew about a lot of these things like the F-15E getting a mobility bonus on low speed
Against a F15C, you just need to learn to slow it down and keep it slow. Against an F15E you bait the merge, then enter a notch, post stall, boost out of the post stall to about about 900, then high-G, post stall bait again but this time chain and fly backwards. Track with them and then just slap at will.
Wish this game had Energy Management mechanic, not to be realistic as a SIM or War Thunder but you know, you could use energy states as an advantage so multiplayer wount be like turning in circles for 5 minutes, also could make dogfights more varied, since a Rafale, for example. can have an advantage pulling hard at cost of energy while a F15 can not turn that hard but can keep its energy and winning at the long term
Interesting build for the F-15C here. My current one just maxes out on the standards as much as possible and I just use the 4AAMs for spearing the furball
6:18 I think I have heard something familiar. The BGM you use is Fallen Angel from Wmmt 5, right? That’s cool! Also, thanks for the video; I think I am starting to learn how to play multiplayer more.
You could make a video with all the jets and their respective speeds to maximize their curve as you did in this video with the Rafale (600km) and the F15-c (1400 to 2000)...
Great video! Thanks for the tips. I used it and slightly modified it so my planes that don’t have great manoeuvrability can put perform other fighters in dog fights. I tried this: Variable Cycle Engine, Cutting Edge Airbrakes, New Flap Actuators, New Aileron Actuators, and Superior Manoeuvrability, and the rest on special weapons Give that a try and let me know what you think
again you don't need engine power because at higher speeds you're going to compress (lock up) and be less maneuverable anyways you already have more than enough acceleration to make getting your speed back from 600km/h easy enough, so you can invest that engine part elsewhere
Clean flying man. I've got a question, in dogfights and in general, do you use a lot of rudder/yaw? Personally I ignore it but im curious about your usage. Thx for reading.
What category does the Xfa-27 fall under? I enjoy using this plane for the nostalgia but I can’t seem to win turn fights against specific planes. Got any tips / builds?
The XFA is actually a bit weird since it's very heavy under 1000km/h, it's built for players who like to stay in PSM and use it accordingly. I typically run IEWS or MTSM with Homing while buffing my standards with datalink, damage 2 and homing 2
@@Nathanx42 that’s a shame, I’m not very good with psm’s. However, I do absolutely love the f-15c build. It’s so much fun to use and I’m getting strings of wins and podium finishes now in battle royals. Do you know of any other planes that work similarly to the f-15c?
If you want, you can test it yourself. They help your acceleration by widening the band itself, making it so you reach your normal top speed even faster than normal.
With the way the game works, using high-Gs and regaining your energy is faster and more efficient than rate fighting. I appreciate you watching though!
I have a few questions when it comes to the F15E build you showed off. Why give your 6AAM reload instead of homing? You have 6 of them so how are you gonna need the reload? Furthermore if you're gonna be shooting them fast enough to wear you actually benefit from reload speed does the ammo lvl 2 give you enough ammo to offset so you don't run out? Damage is nice but if you can't hit your target then everything else is moot, so why not have homing? Edit: I jumped the gun on my comment. Great video dude. I'll recommend this to some other people to watch as well. I have a F15C/J build thats freaking amazing and fun to fly with myself that's not too far off of what you showed off here. Airbrakes in general are def under rated parts.
i dont understand like 70% of the stuff you're talking about plus i dont do mp anyway but im just vibing to the wmmt bgm while enjoying a hard boiled egg

Exactly what I needed. This channel is so underrated :/
Sorry for your loss. Thanks for posting this.
Your most detailed video yet! Neat guide, especially the speed bracket explanation. Been practicing with gun aiming now so this will definitely help~
I was looking for these kinds of explanations, thanks Nathan!

What are the odds that this comes out RIGHT when I'm doing an F-15C guide?
haha lmao GET FUCKED XDDDDDDDDDDD
on a serious note dude its okay, I've been having people beg me for this for a while now
@@Nathanx42 I really liked the bit about airbrakes, IMO they are a criminally underrated part. Good stuff, great info especially.

show me how you do it on the gamepad
Need a build for CFA-44
Can u please explain what exactly superior maneuverability can do to the plane?

It makes your plane turn better on all axis, pitch, yaw, and roll
I wouldn't one circle fight low speed aircraft
NATHAN HOW DID YOU ZOOM IN DURING THAT ONE ACE COMBAT 7 TOURNAMENT YOU HOSTED
You have to be in first person view, not cockpit or third person, target someone, and hold the target change button.
