Ethnicity and nationality are two different things. Nationality is what your passport says, for example mine is British, but my Ethnicity is white other because my dad is German and my mum is half American and half English. That makes me half German, quarter American and quarter English. You can only have two halves in fractions so Kai can’t be all that. Actually Kai’s dad was born in Brazil but his ethnical background is German. Because he was born in Brazil he has Brazilian ethnicity. He often gets called Brazilian-American because he moved to America when he was like 4, I don’t know if he got American nationality or if he just gets called that because he grew up there. Therefore in conclusion from his dad’s side, Kai is literally only German ethnicity, and as his mum is fully Korean he is therefore half German and half Korean. Nationality wise he is American because he was born there and has an American passport, I’m not sure if he has dual nationality/a Korean passport as well or not. Obviously this is all information that he and his family have chosen to share, there might be more facts/information that they’re keeping private as is their right.
kai’s solo performance made me so proud. he was just 17. i remember how all bts members were so mesmerized and happy when they saw him doing his solo. such a cute moment!
Loved this reaction! I chose a bias from the start but during each comeback, a different member would bias-wreck me. And then once I got into other content like their variety show, I gave up and became OT5. They all have such unique personalities that it became pointless to choose a bias anymore, haha.

To see more of their personalities I would recommend watching Jessi’s showterview and this year’s MMTG videos (main video and them dancing to “banned” songs). They show a lot of their personalities in these clips. Also their variety show ToDo (recently also available via YT) is a good way to see more of their personalities.
Storyline wise, everything is linked to this even when you cannot see the link immediately. Furthermore, you mentioned playing D&D, which is very much part of their universe. During Minisode 1: Blue hour they became game characters and got roles like paladin, archer, bard…). You can see their roles in the concept pictures on their website. Usually they will release 3 MVs per album, one title, the main b track that they promote and one song that is purely linked to the storyline (the title is always linked to the album name, like Frost and Freeze). Their short animation The Dooms night is 100% storyline, just like all their concept trailers. Their storyline has been rebranded in The Star Seekers and in January a webtoon will be released (a few days after the BTS one). I think you want to figure it out on your own, but for me Bookish Theories is one of the best theorists if you want to watch video’s about the storyline (Laina Sunflower is also good).
If you are interested in choreo, than definitely watch their dance practices. Their choreo’s are very storytelling and intricate with details and they are one of the most in sync groups out there. Although you already reacted to Frost MV, please also react to their Frost Special performance. It is crazy good.
Something left out of this guide: the members are considered giants by many (can’t relate to that as I live in the tallest nation in the world, where Yeonjun is of average height). Taehyun is the shortest with 177 cm. Beomgyu is 180 cm, Yeonjun is 181 cm, Kai is 183 cm and Soobin is 185 cm. This is especially impressive as they are tall for being such good dancers. Last fun fact: Soobin is the proud “father” of hedgehog Odi as of this year. He sometimes posts pictures of him on twt and made a tiktok about him.
Yeah I did pause at the beginning as I just want to ramble a bit about the name MOA because it has so many meanings and is beautiful (and I just know I will comment a lot because I love your reactions aha, hope it's not too much) So :
1 - MOA means Moments of Alwaysness and it goes with TomorrowxTogether in the sense that we share moments always, today and tomorrow I also love the fact that we both have a long name that is shortened, given TXT's history with long names, as all their title tracks for The Dreams Chapter albums and Minisode have really long and recognizible names in Korean. Like 'Crown's title in Korean is '어느 날 머리에서 뿔이 자랐다', it literally translates to 'One day, a horn grew from my head'
2- MOA (모아) (it's how it's spelled in Korean) means 'gather' in Korean. So we're all gathered together to complete one dream.
3- MOA also stands for TXT's debut date, which is March 4 2019, so 304. It makes MOA turned around ( 3=M, 0=O, 4=A).
4- it also sounds really cute, and as Jessi pointed out in their showterview, the round sound of MOA (as pronounced) goes well with the harsher sound that 'TXT' is pronounced. Some also point a similitude to a kiss sound (mwah)

Yay more guides! First my bias was Soobin, then Yeonjun and Soobin and now I'm just OT5 all the way because my heart is just filled with them and I can't choose a bias.

Oh little FYI, since this guide is a little old now (even if it's still one of the best, hope for an updated version), TXT have really interesting choice in pets! Beomgyu has Toto the parrot, Taehyun had a snake (Aengdu) and has a cat (Hobak) and Soobin has a hedgehog named Odi and it's the cutest!
Also Soobin is no longer the Music Bank MC, as they have to change every year or so. His and his partner Arin's term was one of the longest running in the show's history though. They are still one of the most loved MCs.
Totally agree with the no position. To be honest I didn't even know positions existed, because I discovered kpop through TXT, and I was so surprised when I heard that positions are 'the norm'.
Also, TXT's covers are top notch. .They all released solo covers except for Soobin and Beomgyu (his is coming in early 2022), but they did a lot of unir or group covers and they are always so amazing.

My bias is Yeonjun. When I first got introduced to them during their debut, Beomgyu caught my eye. Then when I rediscovered them this year, Taehyun became my first bias but then Yeonjun totally wrecked it and said "no, I will be your bias". Hahaha. So now it's Yeonjun, bias wrecker is TaeGyu.

Yeonjun is my bias. My first bias was Beomgyu until I got to know them all further and Yeonjun stole me. I think everyone wrecks me but my biggest wreckers are probably taehyun and beomgyu, but soobin and hueningkai are so close behind. I definitely think you should check out some individual member compilation videos in between reacting to more of their music.

I'd recommend Taehyun is actually a comedic genius... and Beomgyu being the energizer of TXT for example. Do whatever you like tho!

It doesn't really matter too much but my bias is Huening Kai while Taehyun and Beomgyu are my wreckers, though honestly they are all my bias wreckers but im loyal to Huening Kai...for now.
It's honestly super difficult to choose a bias in txt, they're all so lovable, attractive and talented, but i've been following txt sense predebut, so i've been a moa from the moment they debuted, to now.
And idk out of all of them, Huening Kai always stood out to me, he has so many different charms to him that it would take forever to name them all.
Everyone in TXT is amazing tho, and us Moas are pretty chill (from what i've seen)
