Your video about the power of forgiveness touched me deeply. The way you explained how forgiveness heals both the heart and the mind was incredibly profound. I appreciated the real-life examples you included; they made the teachings feel so personal and applicable. The serene music and gentle pace of the video allowed time for reflection, making it one of the most impactful videos I’ve seen recently

Here are several ways to ask your body and tune into its wisdom.
    1. Body Scanning
Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and mentally scan your body from head to toe. Notice any areas of tension, discomfort or warmth and ask yourself:
What is this trying to tell me?
    2. Muscle Testing (Applied Kinesiology)
This method involves testing muscle strength to get feedback from your subconscious. For example, hold something (like a food or object) and notice if your arm stays strong or weakens slightly when resisting gentle pressure.
Weakness can indicate something isn’t aligned with your body.
    3. Breath Awareness
Pay attention to your breath. Is it shallow, uneven or restricted? Ask:
Why am I holding my breath? What’s causing this?
    4. Journaling with Questions
    Sit quietly and write down:
    • What does my body need right now?
    • What am I holding onto physically or emotionally?
Let your intuition guide your answers.
    5. Mindful Movement
Engage in gentle activities like yoga or stretching. Notice which movements feel good and which feel restricted. This can highlight areas where your body may need attention.
    6. Gut Reactions
When making a decision, pay attention to physical sensations-tightness, unease, or lightness.
These signals often indicate whether something is right or wrong for you.
    7. Meditation and Visualization
In a quiet state, imagine speaking to your body as if it were a friend. Ask it:
What do you need from me? How can I help you feel better?
Be open to any impressions, feelings, or words that arise.
The key is to practice listening with curiosity and patience-your body often reveals more than you expect!
