Hey, groovewasher cleaning fluid really works well, and I agree with you. It is a cheaper way to clean and sustain your records, and it really works on getting the static on records under control. Question on the beautiful wood rack holding the stereo equipment and the turntable. Where did you get it? It looks the perfect height for a turntable, not having to bend at all when putting on the record and placing the tone arm on a particular track. I bought shelving from Ikea to do the same thing, but I would prefer what you have much better, and to hold other equipment like you have for your setup. Looks good and heavy duty. Thanks
Thank you so much for your kind words! I really appreciate it. The wood rack is a RigidRack from Butcher Block Acoustics. I also previously had an Ikea Kallax shelf and did a review on the RigidRack in this video: th-cam.com/video/CvYAGpFuxDg/w-d-xo.html Enjoy! 😉
There's just too much music, especially when you're starting out! I'll never tell someone they are collecting wrong... but, I highly suggest avoiding the color variant rabbit hole.
After watching a few of your videos the past few months I had to laugh at your advice about buying records and resisting FOMO You should probably practice what you’re preaching in your own buying habits!
yep I spent so many hours in record shops when I was in college...some of the best days of my life
Same here! Those record shop hangouts were the best times! What were some of your favorite finds?
can't agree more about tip #10. ❤❤
Totally! Tip #10 is where it’s at! Glad you're on the same page! 💙

yep I only buy what I like. I'd call my collection all killer no filler. VG+ starting point
Love that attitude! Collect what you vibe with, and your collection will always be a blast!
I have a friend who does that, buys all the different colors of one album, I told him…Buddy you’re wasting money, they all play the same songs.

Expensive hobby. Many hobbies are though I suppose.

Haha, you caught me! I guess I’m just a victim of FOMO myself-who knew records could be so persuasive? 😉
