So I know that almost all riders use two horses in the cup, but how does that work for qualifiers? Do you have to qualify on two different horses, or do you qualify once and then pick your horses?
@misshapenchaos There is a special invitation system for the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™, in which various aspects such as placement in the world rankings play a role. The rider can choose the horse as long as the horse fulfills the necessary requirements to participate in a World Cup show jumping competition. If a rider rides two horses at an event, it must be decided before the competition which horse will collect the points.
