Angelika SK I did a taper for 8 months. Within about three months from completely going off the xanax, I started to feel normal. Occasionally when stressed, I still think about taking one but I distract myself with other thoughts. You can do this!
Michele Perreault I took only .25 mg but for a long time. I tapered within 3 weeks. Most likely to quickly but it was with a help of someone who said they know what they are doing. Now I’m in a shaky place. Surviving but it is extremely tough.

Try not to go down the rabbit hole. You will get better. I knew a girl who had food poisoning and she was out of work for a month. So for us I'm sure it's worse. I hope you can get out and walk and stay hydrated. Make smoothies. I was feeling good for some time and I got really depressed especially with what's going on in the world. Just try to get your mindset and anxiety under control. Go back to your old videos. Build yourself back up again. I know it sucks. I had 5o do it because I forgot them. Your going to get better, please dont worry. Ly
I looked into all of that in previous waves and then in windows it all went away. I truly think this is GABA related. But I do eat low histamine. I can look into mast cell stuff again.
Oh no I am so terribly sorry this is happened to you just remember you will heal from this I am 3 years into months off of lorazepam and doing well but as of yesterday ended up with a very bad sore throat and praying I don't have to take antibiotics I'm freaking out doing everything I can and hoping this doesn't spread further into my ears hanging in there I'll be praying for you you take care and keep us updated sending love and hugs a fellow Warrior

I really sympathise with the constant fatigue, that really kicks my ass. I find meditating right before bed helps a bit.
