I was feeling slow and heavy when I woke up this morning and hadn't planned on doing any practice. But then I saw a new video from your channel. Did part 1 yesterday so figured why not challenge myself with part 2. But oh man the frogs 🐸 I live in the Netherlands and bike everywhere but my thighs still couldn't take it! At least now I feel energised to start of my day!

I've done the challenging some time ago. This routine was intense but very good. I did a 10 min savasana at the end and slowly I could feel an intense tingling spreading around and to the top of my head from the ajna chakra and popping up around my body. Afterwards I felt more centred, grounded and in charge. Tomorrow I'll start doing a wake up routine....Thanks Andrew.

It was the most powerful kriya I’ve been practicing on this channel, I feel really open and expensive, like if I received an extra lung from refeel yoga, now I can breathe better, it was a bit challenging but I took some rest throughout the practice by pausing the video, but I’m sure that challenging part will benefit me as well, I get into a state of silence within silence, no thoughts at all, the mind like shutted down, don’t know how to thank you enough for these wonderful teachings you share with us🙏🏻 I wish you all success in your career and happiness & bliss in your life🕉Namaste

Dear Andrew, it is alway amazing to observe all the things going on in a Kundalini class. I want to share some of them. First: VERY CHALLENGING sequence for me this day. Second: 1 year ago, I couldn! bend my knees. Today I could make 14 frogs 🤩, very slowly and very gentle without feeling any harm. Third: I was getting aware of paradigm during the class.☀️: I noticed when I am actively thinking: Oh this is exercise is difficult, then is getting mor difficult. When I switch and think: This exercise is easy to realize: Then my focuss was shifting automatically to the breath and with the help of the breath I came back to the practice more easy. And I observed myself again and again switching back to the "easy Thought", because the pattern of thougt took over the control of the mind. I was really astonished about it. And at the same time I noticed becoming angry with myself. So I switched as well and told myself: Everything is fine; I am learning. Good job! So for me today the title of this class is: Release patterns and love yourself.❤️ Thank you for this chance 🙏 Kindly Sonja
