How to Clean Your Birkenstocks | Dirty Birkenstocks

You've probably asked yourself "can Birkenstocks be cleaned?" or "Can I clean my Birkenstocks at home?" The answer is yes! This is how I cleaned my Birkenstocks last summer. My Birks got this dutty after a year ... I basically lived in those shoes, so that makes sense!
I mention it in the video, but don't get your Birkenstocks too wet. Just clean the bed of the shoe, not the sides.

Thats what you want to see is the footbed to get dark. They are not dirty that is just the footbed breaking into your foot. Be careful doing that, a possibility to ruin the suede footbed liner. if anything use a suede cleaner.
