What I like is how Glenn is not taken seriously by the group at first but later in the show Glenn is seen as a “higher ranking” member of the group up with Rick and Daryl.
It's because Glenn was originally the youngest adult in the group, and there were older, stronger men in the group like Rick, Shane, and Daryl. However, later on, Glenn is one of the five original members of the group and has a bigger role in the group.
Their were alot of loyal characters back in the group. Noah, Abraham and Tyreese were perfect examples but Glen was with Rick right in the beginning. While he loves Maggie, Rick was probably the only person he would follow to hell for.
@AshTheFlash100 indeed, killing Glenn was not the killing blow. But killing Abraham and Glenn was. Shouldve kept Abraham alive. The show died because there werent any good characters left..
Great video, thanks for putting it together. You can maybe make a part 2 and add Glenn calling Rick a dumbass when they first met, and in season 6 again Glenn saying, "Be careful. Dumbass," as a callback.
They killed Glenn -- something that happened in the comic and they SHOULD have changed. THEN they killed Carl (I just heard of it-- stopped watching @s07 ep1) something that DID NOT happen in the comic and they SHOULDN'T have added. These writers have no foresight. They were given the golden goose and decided to literally kill them off.

even tho they were the main duo for a short while (seasons 3 - 4, before Daryl became Rick's right hand) they were the best ones in the show
In only Rick didn't take him for granted after season 3 once he got along more with Daryl and ignored Glenn
