I never tire of listening to you re-enactment of Bible stories, your explanations that span from the obvious to the theological to scientific. And your humor always adds a lighthearted tone, which inevitably acts as a counterweight to the serious Bible issues and messages you convey.

I have a copy of your book. I bought it shortly after I discovered your channel while watching the first series of your videos.

I smiled when you made references to the “magic tricks”. I use my “magic tricks” for entertainment only.

sometimes I wonder if the plagues were to impress the Israelites. After 400(?) years in Egypt how keen were they to leave Egypt. And when they did head off they appeared to be pretty ungrateful. God pulled out all stops to get them across the Jordan. What a saga.

Jim Jordan says about this peculiar snake word that it means crocodile. Or dragon. I don't remember exactly anymore, I should listen to what's available from him on Exodus again. Ezekiel 29:3 calls the pharaoh a crocodile. This is a recurring figure that is the satan that tries to sabotage the exodus. It's basically the same as the dragon in Revelation.
