    If you hate running (I detest it) do HIIT with something you enjoy. I like rowing, I row at a 100% sprint for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds very slow rest x 10. You can do biking, swimming, rowing, stairs, whatever. You may need more rest in the beginning like 3:1 haha but you can work towards that 1:1 ratio as a goal, you can also aim for 60 second intervals, have fun

    I can NEVER sacrifice the amount of food I eat OR the taste!!!! I’m currently 5’2” and only measuring one thing! My protein intake! I track that everyday at 200grams to gain some muscle gains 💪 but I’m definitely tightening up and losing fat(postpartum)! 3 weeks like this and gravitating towards mostly Keto and I lost my mom pooch after baby number 4! BUT I weigh more then ever, so stay off the scale😝

      People should finally be aware that numbers on the scale can be confusing.
      Ive gained weight by becoming vegan, i appear thinner (always been skinny fat) and my doctor thinks my bones got heavier. People should only care about being healthy and good shape.

    Most women are under eating. I think this is a bigger issue than believed. Look at adrenal fatigue, other hormone imbalances, inability to lose weight etc. eat nutrient dense real food.

    I have found the best method to lose fat is to focus on calorie density. Eat more fruits, starchy and non-starchy vegetables, whole grains and beans and less of everything else. These foods keep me super full all day so I don't really crave the high fat or calorie foods.

    The sweeteners in these low calorie products affect hormones and the endocrine system which will lead to weight gain and other health issues in the long term. "Ultra-processed People" by Chris van Tulleken is a great book to read on this.

    Love this video! Dont sacrifice what you love to eat but increase your activity! But I see one issue. She says 10 minutes of running will burn 200 calories but this is incorrect. You will burn maybe 100 calories, but everyone burns different amounts of calories for the same workout. A heavier person will burn more calories running than a lighter person because their legs have to work harder to move them. I burn about 80 calories for 10 minutes of running.

    What about the myth I have been hearing lately to have protein immediatley after a workout no more than 30 minutes or it is ia waste.

      totally false ! i’ve been learning a lot because im on a weight loss journey and at the end of the day, what matters most is not the moment but the average amount you consume on a daily and weekly basis. while it is recommended to consume protein within the hour following a weightlifting workout, it definitely is not a “waste” to eat it later and wherever you got that information from, please do not listen to them anymore because that is totally false and can lead you to making serious weightloss or muscle gain mistakes that will hinder your progress. workout or not, 30 minutes after or 5 hours later, protein is extremely important !!!!

      @@sunnynacia Yeah, I never brought it. It might be the best time to have it. Like a pre-workout, the best is within 30 minutes but a little later it will still be effective. Some of that I think is the gym trying to get you to buy their shakes.

      le but de la vidéo c’est d’expliquer comment perdre du poids sans pour autant devoir “moins manger” en quantité et en gros elle recommande :
      - d’éviter de boire ses calories (coca bourré de sucres, boissons starbucks au caramel, etc) et choisir des boissons pauvres en calories (coca zero, boire un café noir simple / anmericano) pour éviter de “gaspiller” ses calories dans les boissons et de plutôt les “économiser” pour de la nourriture
      - de faire plus de sport et de cardio, notamment des intervalles entre marche rapide et sprint sur tapis, pour brûler davantage de calories sans pour autant manger moins
      - elle conseille aussi de se renseigner sur les calories qu’il y’a dans les aliments avant de manger dehors (parfois on peut le trouver sur le site internet du restaurant quand ce sont des chaînes) et d’échanger les aliments plus caloriques pour quelque chose de moins calorique pour pouvoir se faire plaisir sans pour autant consommer un surplus de calories. par exemple dans la vidéo, elle a pris un wrap au poulet mais à côté elle a pris de la salade et des petits pois au lieu de prendre des frites (qui sont très caloriques pour une petite portion) comme ça, elle est bien calée et elle mange de bonnes quantités mais sans pour autant dépasser son apport calorique journalier
