Enjoyed the video! Question, is there anything you can take, preventative, to help guard against stomach issues that one can get while in Mexico? Looking forward to the next video!

We make sure to wash the veggies in an iodine solution but as for eating tacos on the street...not a lot on the preventative side of things. The CDC does recommend NOT taking antibiotics for prevention. Use hand sanitizer, and/or alcohol. Bring pepto-bismal even though it is available here in the pharmacies. Try to eat where a lot of locals and tourists eat since they probably have the best hygiene practices. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Curios if it is Brigette that does the" end of life" seminars in PV? I know how wonderful the health care is in Mexico so I would always pay out of pocket, but if push came to shove and I needed to get back to the US, flights are so inexpensive that is not a problem, but I totally trust the Doctor, Nurses and Medical Expertise of Mexico.......They are Wonderful. Also by the way if you ever need foot care, I highly recommend the Clinic which is on the second floor of the CMQ in Puerto Vallarta they are excellent, and I think the treatment was maybe 18 bucks or less. Thanks again for another helpful Video! Tomas

Hola, it's Pam who does the seminars. Michael will be needing some foot care soon. Which CMQ are you referencing? Thanks in advance for the information. We agree, the health care here is top notch.
