Is that button latching? It doesn't seem to be, so you need to hold it in for the PSU to actually power up and stay on. Clicking it quickly like that will just power it up for a split second. I usually wire the PS_ON pin to ground with a bent paper clip when testing.
It's correctly.That switch in this video is press on and press again is off.12V rail and 5V rail is normally but 3.3 rail is abnormal.I replace VRM ic and after that work fine.Thank.
