Get some black mesh/chicken wire I’m sure you could find some with the right size holes that wouldn’t affect the airflow too bad but offer some protection
One task that I have yet to undertake on my K11, is uprating the brakes. I rarely drive the car hard, if ever, but, down a prolonged steep downhill run, they can fade. N15 Almera front Caliper carries bolt straight up to the K11 uprights, and, because the N15 uses a 4x100 setup, you can use the N15's vented front disks. You will need to change the front calipers, however, these are again a bolt up option. Something else to consider, if a rear Anti Roll bar. CG13DE and CGA3DE K11s, should come with a rear ARB. Some one litres already have the brackets for the ARB, installed. The rear beam should have the mounting points, and, near where the rear beam attaches to the bodywork, if you have the brackets, you'll noticed a pair of flanges that have holes in them. These accommodate the rear ARB drop links. Again, I have a rear ARB, which I'll probably fit over the winter. So, two easy upgrades that can improve the K11, using parts available from Nissan or a good OEM.
I'd whack some black mesh at the back of those grills. Won't change the look much but it'll save you from having a stone to the rad ending the trip before it begins
Looking good!! Question, before you put the new brake disc in place, you will need to clean all the rust otherwise in the future the disc getting crooked, because rust expands!
Was you Broken down at Wellington a couple of months ago just off of the Motorway. i believe it was you it was the only black and pink micra i have seen. lol Keep up the good work
Take care of the rear axle, the often rust through😉✌🏼 thats one of the most problems these k11 have and it isnt that funny to lose a rear wheel on the street😅 keep it up, i like your videos😁
No you want to leave that plate in. Removing it will allow air to bypass the radiator entirely because the gap it leaves it less resistant than the radiator. Edit: Unless you mean the reg plate. Removing that just leaves a plinth that's the same size and shape so it won't do much.
Wow a depcharge sub you do know they don't make them anymore and I bet it's better made than the new ones I've never heard the new ones but that old I sure have

Love the new grill, might be worth adding a little mesh tho so you don't get any rocks puncturing your radiator

You should look into fitting Almera,Primer front discs and calipers for better braking.
Looks great until you get a stone into the radiator
I thought about this, but it’s the same with an exposed front mount intercooler and you see those everywhere.

you should try and source some nissan sunny front callipers carriers discs and pads i put them on my micra was a nice upgrade to vented discs
Next time you do pads use brake grease to prevent squeaking and brake binds

Pink mesh in grills so it doesn't smash the radiator
