  • Attachment fields in MS Access are used to store several files in a single field. Data in an attachment field is stored as rows in a hidden table that MS Access creates and populates to represent the field. In query design view this is represented by an expandable field in the field list. You can run queries to find records which have at least one attachment or not attachments etc.

    Hello Sir, this video was very useful for Filtering Attachment Data in Access, i am stuck with another problem, Can you show how i can append the filtered data into a new table, When i tried to append the Attachment column into a new table data is not getting appended in attachment format. I want to understand how i can append the data in attachment format itself while appending it from a query to a table
