The young lady is very brave. I wish them the very best. I am a Kenyan working in German. Germans are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They are straightforward and sincere. Don't lose this gem, young man, and don't listen to those judging you. Both listen to your hearts instead. A little advice, stop calling your wife "mzungu". She has a name! When you will be in Europe, you will not be comfortable with people calling you "African" or "black man". @missreche tell our people to stop calling their spouses mzungu.

My husband is from a Village in Kenya and he moved to America when he was 14. We met when we were in our twenties. We just recently married a year ago. We just had our first baby together a month ago ❤. We have experienced so much jealousy and hate from our families but we remain close and in love no matter what!

He is a Gambian 😍 I never met a person so pure and honest and down to earth before, despite our religious and cultural differences we just understand each other so well. Every day I‘m thankful for this blessing happening to me 🥰

Because we are too crazy in Africa. Treating this young white German lady like a queen, just because she is from Germany. I lived in Germany for about 16 years. German are extremely "good people" I had a wonderful time in Germany. I study till P.HD level in Germany before I moved to the USA. Great people! However, German will not roll carpet for a young black lady! I do NOT KNOW what's wrong with us in Africa. We always see white people better than us. How sad!

Beautiful couple! Unfortunately many interracial couples don’t make it - cultural differences can become too challenging, especially if the man/woman leaves their country and moves to a Western one. My parents are from Scandinavia and the Caribbean - divorced but managed to stay friends🌞

Sometimes it’s not just cultural differences, it’s also the social-economic differences that become more challenging once the initial phase of falling in love fizzles out.
It also depends on the age and exposure. Millennials and younger generation seem to be faring better and networked all over the world than earlier generations and not bound by race and class.

I am married legally, although we're separated we are good friends and co parent our boys, but most importantly I am dealing with a serious ad painful rare disease which is exhausting, painful and can be life threatening, and this takes up most of my time and energy. So I don't have much time to make new friends and talk at length on phone calls etc. I am a music artist and writer/poet too, and an advocate for my disease (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) and producing my work, advocating, and then taking care of my two teenage boys and our pets as well, and managing my condition plus getting the work done that I need to complete before I leave this world, takes up most of my time.
