@@blueside9147 Not just addiction. There are so many signs that indicate that she's probably at the extreme (psychopath/sociopath) end of the personality disorder spectrum. People at the extreme end simply do not and cannot genuinely feel and experience things like empathy, guilt for harm caused to others, concern for others, regret or shame...but can at times fake it for personal gain or benefit. That's not from addiction. The addiction is a result. Not a cause. They CAN feel nervousness, paranoia, anger and frustration when they don't get their way. The reason she couldn't even last a month in a real trainee program was likely due to the fact that it simply would not be possible for someone with her psychological constitution to sacrifice her own desires from day to day to show up for regular practices and follow rules. That nonsense on her part apparently preceded her substance abuse.

Gosh, likewise. My sisters and I were posting photos of our handwritten letters on social media sites just to help publicize our desire for Wonho to stay. We're international fans, and we felt bad for not being able to go to South Korea to personally protest, but it was all to no avail. Even if Starship Entertainment employees were giving out post-it notes and markers to Monbebes so they can post their messages for Wonho outside the company building, there was nothing even they could do. It was so devastating to see the boys stressed out but couldn't do anything because they were in the middle of promotion. I sent curses to that stupid Han Seo Hee as well. I don't care if she didn't read my message.

His hair was tested and there was no use detected. But he owned up to it all the same.
I really wish the best for him as he is not only incredibly talented, but seems genuinely remorseful.
As someone who has had addiction issues, in a country with less harsh punishment... I'm aware I have bias. I don't view his actions as serious in the same way as the legal system in South Korea.

I'm a fan of TOP and Han Bin, and I remember being stressed during their controversy. More so with TOP after he overdosed and fell into a coma.
I've been following K-Pop since 2007. The industry is extreme, magnified by the country's hypercompetitive culture, it's no wonder so many of the idols end up in a bad place.and turn to drugs. It's not an excuse but South Korea is a country that almost never address mental health and looks down on people who seeks therapy or help. I also think it's one of the reason the drinking culture in South Korea is insane. They need some sort of escape and alcohol is culturally accepted there.

I remember the first time Han Seo Hee ever came onto my radar was in December 2017 (iykyk) when in response to the loss, she posted a super dramatic statement about how Jonghyun was the person most like a brother to her in the industry and about how "she would soon see him again" and then stopped responding for a few days. I still don't know anything about whether they knew eachother or not, her grief is not mine to invalidate. But the fact that her first response was to sympathy bait and vaguely imply taking her own life... Disgusting. It didn't get any better from there. Any time her name popped up (before she started breaking up kpop groups) it was petty nasty drama, like giving detailed descriptions about what TOP's private area looks like, or about how the actor she falsely accused should just accept it even if she lied because he's a man. And then she started getting into illegal trash.
I feel like you could've shown that descent a lot better, from promising trainee, to behind the scenes industry-goer, to trashy influencer, to illegal drug smuggler, to trying to tear the idols down specifically for no comprehensible reason. Han SeoHee has always been an interesting figure for the chaos she spreads around

Fr, its so gross to immediately use someone's death from something as srs as s*icide to sympathy bait. To add to more of her absurdity, off topic for someone claiming to be a "feminist" she keeps actively doing things that are against the movement like eg false accusations which in a place like korea, very misogynistic will make it harder for people coming out w abuse to be taken srsly esp since it has been an issue. Also her transphobia on top of that and associating with very horrible grps w her horrible beliefs. She's such a weirdo, commented cuz i wanted to expand on how she like doesnt think? She genuinely doesnt, she's just going thru life in a way that hurts people for fun. Not like she's a mastermind, she's just privileged, thats why she can flop her way upwards and commit all the crimes. Its so insane, especially when she lied to get back at wonho and shonwu its so unhinged, she didnt even need to do a lot.

In the end of the video when you showed a clip in which she complains about not being able to sing and have a career as a singer, i was so angry. She did that to herself. It`s her own fault that she never had a singing career. There are many talented people who never became idols because of different reasons but none of them chose to be a criminal. Everyone of them started another path and went with it. I feel sorry for everyone of those people because the KPop industry can really destroy lives but I don`t feel sorry for her. She did that all to herself.

I appreciate your closing sentiment: "I truly hope that she will eventually find some purpose in life and get the help that she so desperately needs."
Unfortunately, there's definitely a possibility that she's on an extreme end of the personality disorder spectrum...psychopath/sociopath/narcissist. If that's the case, she likely will never be capable of feeling any shame or regret for her past actions because those kinds of emotions do not exist for people at that end of the spectrum, especially the psychopath extreme. Concepts like "conscience" and "feeling sorry" and "worrying about the harm caused to others" and "empathy"...simply cannot be experienced by such a person. They can be faked by mimicking others, when the psychopath/sociopath sees some personal benefit in it. But they aren't real for them. (This is probably why she couldn't even last a month in any real trainee program. For such people, rules are for suckers and the only thing that ever matters is what she wants to do.)
When she said that she enjoys negative attention, that may be one of the rare occasions when she wasn't lying. She apparently gets off on the attention and probably gets a kick out of dragging successful celebrities down into the gutter and ruining their careers. I'll say this for her.... She kind of threw open a window that allows the general public to see how much sleaze, corruption and shady activity goes on behind the happy, smiling, pseudo-wholesome facade that the Kpop industry tries to present to the world (the "entertainment business" is in reality a ruthless, rough, tough and exploitive industry after all is said and done). But that informative result was just incidental. I doubt that her goal was to provide the public with any kind of valuable information.

Please don't let Han Seo Hee get back into the K-Pop or any entertainment industry. More idols or celebrities will be mentally harmed because of her intentions of bringing them down for her own benefit. Not only that, but she will keep spreading false rumors that will harm idols' mental health.

Anyone concerned that a full grown married man decided to have relations with a girl half his age while being the ceo of a company that trains small hopeful girls.
Yg has even said that his current wife he admitted to not promoting her that much because he liked her and wanted her to himself.
I wonder what else he’s hiding.

Wow! Def a full circle. Thank you for connecting all the case. I knew of her past case but not in detail especially of how she got involved with so many YG. Wow! Brothel never thought of that. YG himself is disgusted. Not only he stopped his wife to make a big name for herself as an idol and married her off. She is like super young teen then. Can't believe that she got involved with thr recent actor and Gdragon. I don't understand why isn't she in jail from the 1st or 2nd time already.

She's not a good person, but i find it so silly that y'all are blaming the drug stuff strictly on her. Like the people around her weren't grown ass men. Seriously? They can make their own decisions. This is the kind of mindset that creates obsessive fans who blame everyone BUT their idols. 🙄

I wish you spent at least a little bit of time in this video talking about how insanely disproportionate the sentencing for drug use is in SK, but I guess not... Of course people can have different opinions of what's an appropriate punishment and what isn't, but in general I hope people would learn a little bit about a topic before talking about it. Such as for example the fact that something like cannabis is hardly more dangerous than alcohol, the difference is just that one is legal and the other one illegal. And on top of that, it would probably be more helpful to society if those with substance abuse problems actually got some help instead of just getting prison time or fines.

Nobody is defending middle-aged men for their actions, ok? Yes, they aren't saints or whatever that is. But, canceling a person for smoking some weeds and overdosing of drugs instead of offering the help they need is such a bullshit thing to do. If you're one of those who blame famous figures for doing drugs, don't give fake-pity when they committed suicide. You are part of the problems.

    • @iambarryallen
      @iambarryallen 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

A lot of hollywood stars were ex-drug addicts like Robert Downey Jr. SK just overreacts to drugs.Celebrities especially are the best ones to recover from it cause their career is based on entertainment industry so they will have the mentality to go clean and work again. SK public is super brutal. Atleast addicts self-harm and not put others in trouble.

    • @Jinglism8

All her victims have unfortunate stories, but to this day I’m still mad looking back that YG literally used B.I as a scapegoat and threw him under the bus to try and cover up his own involvement, B.I’s departure from iKon just seemed so unnecessary when YG himself ended up stepping down in the end anyway and the whole B.I distraction didn’t work,
