Great to find your show guys, I value you sharing your chats thank you. If I may make a constructive suggestion: try to let each other finish rather than cutting in and talking over each other because those moments break the flow of the (excellent) content, and the listener can miss the end of what someone is saying.

We do and try not to. Some of us are better at listening than others...

‘Transact will probably delist soon’ …… are we acknowledging they ARE actually up for sale or are we just making a general point PE is on the come back and likely to want cash generative businesses that are less loved than they should be in the public markets?
God bless Transact. I hope they stay listed and don’t sell for (quick maths) about 16x or whatever the HL multiple is.

Nick, as ever, was being flippant. It was more about the burdens of being listed in the UK rather than a direct reference to PE. The UK-side of the TRAP Pack are big fans of Transact, regardless (not advice!)

Love ya Nick, but you don't have US accounts sussed, haha. 401K is a workplace pension (often full of mutual funds, poor choice, and high costs. A bit like those old legacy employer pensions we have, such as SW), an IRA is an Individual Retirement Account and is basically their version of a SIPP, and a Roth IRA is like an IRA and an ISA had a baby.

Nick should stick to what he (almost) knows! Thanks, JL.
