Not a problem actually. The Sup Ct has jurisdiction even over California and it doesn't even follow the expressed terms of the Constitution. It just makes stuff up.

Sure my opinion counts vs the money they get from banning DJI. Guess I’ll look for a new hobby as I would never purchase an inferior drone. Even my action cameras, osmo pocket and all my other DJI project won’t work anymore.
So basically if we bought ans registered drones early this yr. And they law gets passed. Our drone weve purchased already wont continue to work in the U.S?????
A new update came out today, stating that the U.S. Senate has released its version of the National Defense Authorization Act, and it doesn't include the bill to ban DJI drones - so this is a positive step forward.
I bet someone will come up with a "jailbreak" for these drones. If it hasn't already been done.

This is simply a ploy from a competing drone manufacturer (look at who lobbied and wrote this law) because DJI has been eating their lunch. Pathetic.

Mini 4 Pro has a FCC date of Sep 5, 2023, that sucks. The Mini 3 would be OK, but not the Mini 3 Pro.

You can’t tell us if we can fly our drone if it is banned because there is not a drone ban yet.
Our senators and representatives are too busy fighting over presidential immunity to actually pass any meaningful legislation.
