      Thank you my friend. I was being a bit critical on this one. Was having a few issues with bad connections while in the air. Ive been back over and filmed bigger area again once I got a better signal

    Hi all. If you like history. The fields behind the local town here was the scene of a huge battle between the redcoats and highlanders www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/HistoryofScotland/The-Battle-of-Prestonpans/

    It's a campsite with so many sites! It is also good to have a sea with tidal flats nearby.

      Hi yes I totally agree. The site is in a great spot and also close to the city of Edinburgh! Also the fields behind are the site of a huge battle between the redcoats and highlanders. www.historic-uk.com/HistoryUK/HistoryofScotland/The-Battle-of-Prestonpans/

    Nice flight like the fog in the distance, very mysterious. What house (estate) was that in the distance?

    Hey Raymondo, beautiful countryside . That big hill, is that where the campsite is? One are looked like what we call a trailer park, there were no trees at all. In the U.S. we kinda make fun of trailer parks, there are alot, especially in the south-eastern U.S. It is kinda mean but will call people in them trailer park trash. I know it's bad😁. Enjoyed watching your flying, DJI might update the mini to 4k , the camera is capable, will see. I fly with and 8 inch tablet do you use your phone? I gotta have a big screen, it is so much better. If you ever do get a tablet to fly with, I wouldn't go bigger than a 8 inch, or the controler set-up would be top heavy. 8" is the perfect size. Alot of people like the I pad mini 5, but I am and android person. Have a good wkn. One thing bad about your part of the world is, your controller is the European model, which is not as powerful because of regulations. Here I can fly the mini out 2 miles no problem , the european model would be lucky to get half that.
    The comment above me ,"old codger", that is Dean he is a good guy. Sometimes people get around the regulations and get and North American model, your controller is called the CE version.

      Ah yeah my friend. Ive renamed it to stop confusion. I think I need to explain a few things about all of this. In the UK most people live in brick built homes. Very very few live in (trailers) In the uk and europe trailer parks are actually vacation rentals, or vacation homes for the summer months only. They usually but not always have entertainment. Parks, swimming pools, bowling ect. Its not a permanent residence at all just second homes! Now we call them campsites, touring parks and campsites. Doesn't always mean tenting check out www.haven.com/parks/scotland/seton-sands/
      This is the actual park. I know in America you have permanent residence of trailer parks. We actually drove into an Indian reservation in error once! That was a trailer park. I turned my rental around drove out and got followed by a trooper on a bike. He pulled us over and asked the usual stuff and then was actually very nice. We had a good chat with him. He was a very polite police officer who was very interested in us being from uk lol 😆 I have a few stories from those holidays. Yes ive spoken to Dean a few times. A very nice man. I use my note 9 on my dji. Perfect fit. I then convert all on my ipad. Take care mate

      @@RaymondoLeeTravel thanks for he information, I hope to come and visit England, and europe. I had planned on that happening allready In the U.S. you don't see to many trailer parks up north, because they are not insulated very well to withstand the cold. And in the midwest they are very dangerous to be in if a tornado should appear.. They can be fairly nice, especially if you buy some land and can't afford to build a house, right away.

    • @RaymondoLeeTravel
      @RaymondoLeeTravel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh right these ones come with central heating systems and we don't get tornados. We do get storms from atlantic though and ex hurricanes
