Seeing caring people supporting homeless people is a grounding experience that gives hope and sometimes new understanding on what really matters in the passage of time. Great story on the forgotten/invisible people that can bring/give more to life than most college degrees on what the word success really means. I showed this channel to a friend at work that lost his mother early in childhood and raised by his grandmother to show he’s not alone in his struggle with life .

I never realized that homeless people who have pets would have that problem, when they go to the bathroom they can't take the dog in. What a story. There are homeless people who have a hard time taking proper care of their pets but a lot of them take great care. I used to see a man here on Davie Street in Vancouver with 3 dogs always on the same corner & they seemed well taken care of. I don't see them around anymore, hopefully their situation improved. Thanks for sharing, Mark!
I am so glad to find You and the very important work that you are doing. I have had similar experiences as Linda and this video was a true spiritual healing for me today. I will find a way to help others as you are.Blessing and prayers for all involved in making this video, especially Linda and her dogs.
When I see people like Lynda, it breaks my heart how homeless people are treated. It's a damn disgrace, because most are good people, who fell upon hard times, and need help. I always said, if I was fortunate to win millions, I would buy properties and help the homeless have a home and get medical for them. Bless this lady and return her dog. So many rich, selfish people are able to help but don't. I'm retired and struggling,. that could be me or you. The government needs a big wake up call. Charity starts at home! 🙏🙏🙏
Mark good job with your videos, you really show you care about these homeless people and I can see that you don't judge anybody and really listen well to their troubles. Again, keep it up!!!

I'm from London, UK and was in San Fran a couple of years ago for work and I visited a park there, the name of I can not remember, but I was amazed by how many homeless people I saw there. I was a sad site and hope at least some of them have since found permanent shelter and are out of the misery. It's not surprising so many were on drugs as it's probably the only thing that helps them forget their situation for a few hours. We have our own homeless crisis over here, made only worse after lockdown and the upcoming rise in the cost of living with energy prices soon to soar by over 50% will cause even more to if not lose their homes, but having to decide whether to heat them or buy food, but not both. I really feel sorry for those who will have to make that decision, esp the old or those with young kids on benefits and already struggling.
According to SFPD Tenderloin on twitter The investigation is over and buddy is "safe and in good hands" I don't know if that means he was returned to Lynda, but I hope so.

Hello! I am really impressed with what you are doing for homeless awareness. Invisible People showed up in my feed as a suggestion, because I watch these videos and have a deep human interest in homelessness. I have been homeless. Recently, I went through another situation where I could have been homeless if my family did not step in and help me. I am a college student (late in life). I have studied homelessness and written college thesis papers on what actually works. What our government is doing does not work (shelters which are a good temporary solution only). We have a huge shortage of affordable housing. We need more supportive housing, compassion, and assistance for people living on the streets. There are tremendous myths and assumptions about homeless people. Once I am out of college and financially stable, my dream is to become part of the solution and a voice for all homeless people. I live in WA state.
@Big Rhonda you can get a cheap one or a gift or hand me down. A lot of homeless people use a cell phone with no phone service to access the internet on free wifi, this is how i communicated with my homeless boyfriend for years.
So sorry. Yes, humans are the real monsters. Homeless humans, that all they should need to qualify for assistance. I hate this cruel world we live in on these people's behalf. Stealing from the homeless, lower than a cockroach. The one that loves them unconditionally. Brought tears.
I just do not know what to think, this breaks my heart. How much longer will these sweet ppl. Have to suffer. Hopefully this next generation of kids will change this barbaric treatment of humanity.
I couldn't watch this 🎥. It's too disturbing regarding the cruelty of humans towards others, as well as the lengths people go to be evil regarding animals. This lady needs the animal connection. We need to love and be loved. For some of us, an animal doesn't judge-gives us unconditional love and companionship (emotional support). Too many homeless people, as this channel conveys. It just seems totally unfair. Of course I watched, Mark. It's amazing how you keep on trekking, never giving up the cause that you are so passionate about!!!
What you say at the end is true. People should care more about people than animals. Dogs do help people in pain and can be tremendous therapy. However, that doesn't mean everyone is entitled to have a dog and a dog's life and needs are nothing! Dogs are living beings, not objects. She endangered her own dogs by not keeping them on a leash and relying on others to pay for the dog's emergency healthcare. Is would be cruel to keep a dog on a leash 24/7, but to properly care for her dog as a homeless person, that's what she needs to do. People need to watch the surveillance video of what happened. She had zero control over that dog and no ability to protect his life from that angry psychotic man. Her little dog did what dogs do, nipped, barked, and tried to protect the people around him. Sadly, a little dog doesn't know not to take on a violent human 4x his size. A dog will die to protect those he sees as his own. The only way to stop something like that is to keep it on a leash in public. Her dogs may "save" her emotional well-being, but when the time came, she couldn't save any of them (this is her 3rd dog according to the video). It's ok with everyone that these dogs keep getting hurt because they are helping her to be happier and use less? Sorry, but i do not agree. She may love her dogs, but she should not have any until she has a home or a tent outside of town with less people walking around.
People are always saying , there is help out there, for homeless people and drug users, people with mental health problems. BUT there isn't ! Or if there is you wait months, even years. Do you know how long it takes to die of dehydration ? Starvation? The cold ? The heat ? The lady does need a lot of help. God bless her. This lip service, " there is help out there ", drives me mad here in Iceland, lip service. I now have to panhandle here in Iceland, in Reykjavik sitting with my Homeless sign.
@@amac6483 My fault for assuming. Sounds like you need to make adjustments to your application process. I've never sent more than 5 apps out (for a base level job) without at least getting an interview or a follow up.
@@ericarndt8285 i agree. I couldn't even read the news article to the end. That man is a coward, a pussy. Can't pick on someone his own size...has to torment a puppy and an older lady. What a total loser amd failure of a person.
It’s easy to get on TH-cam and leave a few sad words and “God blesses,” but that does nothing. This society has become increasingly more cold-blooded the last ten years, but there are still those of us with compassion. Instead of wishing you could help, just help. If you pull up to a stoplight and see a homeless person asking for money, lend a few bucks. That’s a great start. It may be the difference between that person eating or not that night.
I believe those who make people cry had better be prepared for some awful to happen to them. This is called KARMA. They cannot avoid the vengeance that has to be r returned. No one escapes it. You might not see it happening but it will take place. This I can assure you. You might not want it to happen, but it is out of your hands no matter how much you pray for that person to be forgiven Annie Low Malaysia. Just know that your dog is in a better place where he will never experience pain and cruelty again. When your time comes to join him, he will reet you with so much joy and happiness. I know because I have experienced meeting my pets, loved ones who have gone on before me. You will dream of your dog and you will see how well he is. Pray for him, your loved ones are always around, not to scare you but to help you God bless you, I send you and all the Homeless my love and prayers. I wish I could help more. I would if I could. Sigh..
Buddy has a microchip and has bin found . The neighbors can vouch for her ability to care for the pet ? Why/ isn't he being forcefully removed by authorities and returned to the rightful owner ? Its very hard to care for another when you can't care for yourself but its clearly what keeps her going and should be her choice .

I lost him I haven't been able to locate him and it was 3 businesses nearby and myself who looked after him. I have position as property manager so I'm unable to house anyone or I'll lose my job but I'm really trying to figure out how to help more. My goal is to move someone in, give them some months to get back Up this is what most need. Shower, clothes, food ,shelter & sleep in order to get back Up.

What a wonderful women!! Oh how the world is making a grave mistake ignoring and abandoning these homeless people. I find, listening to them, they are more honest and genuine. I'd rather hang with them, then the phonies we have to be around everyday. Another measure of a great person, is that they make sacrifices for another life, in this case, her pets!! LOVE YOU LYNDA!!
Whenever, you want to complain about your life just watch this. It will stop you real quick.
It’s a natural human thing do do , is to complain everyone has different problems in different ways ,rich or poor ,at the end of the day the government should be helping the homeless people by making affordable homes , it’s a human right , animals receive better care when homeless!

God love the first lady 😪. I just want to give her the biggest hug.

Hello friend how are you?
Outstanding interviews Mark. Shared on Social media. Praying that gentleman returns Buddy. ❤️

Does anyone know if this poor woman is still on the streets?
SOME homeless care for their pets. Drugs are a factor.
Hello friend how are you?

@@okkj2075 Yes it's very difficult. Society doesn't make it easy.

I pray for these people every day. They re human too and we could all be in the same situation at any time. Im glad the man got caught.
I just do not know what to think, this breaks my heart. How much longer will these sweet ppl. Have to suffer. Hopefully this next generation of kids will change this barbaric treatment of humanity.
God Bless this poor woman
I couldn't watch this 🎥. It's too disturbing regarding the cruelty of humans towards others, as well as the lengths people go to be evil regarding animals. This lady needs the animal connection. We need to love and be loved. For some of us, an animal doesn't judge-gives us unconditional love and companionship (emotional support). Too many homeless people, as this channel conveys. It just seems totally unfair. Of course I watched, Mark. It's amazing how you keep on trekking, never giving up the cause that you are so passionate about!!!

Someone in the system MUST HELP HIS WOMAN. IT COULD BE YOUR GRANDMOTHER‼️ Bless her heart!
Hello friend how are you?
That really makes sense! I hope things look up for her!

Sigh..
Hello friend how are you?
Buddy has a microchip and has bin found . The neighbors can vouch for her ability to care for the pet ? Why/ isn't he being forcefully removed by authorities and returned to the rightful owner ? Its very hard to care for another when you can't care for yourself but its clearly what keeps her going and should be her choice .
