I love the ladies personality. They are such givers, and the fact that they want to see other people succeed what a blessing. I pray much more successful for them.🙏🏽🙏🏽
Claudia and Stephanie are amazing! They hit it out of the ballpark with their talk at the Curbside Conference. Their banter back and forth was hilarious and they have so many business lessons they've learned along the way and they've helped many others achieve success too.
I’m in a small town, advertised with FB, business cards, flyers, yard signs with business info, and out of 3 months now I have 2 regular customers. What are they doing different? Or is it because I’m in a small dried up town barely getting by? I charge $40 for a bag 28” x 36” and the machine, which aren’t mine, cost $6,$8,$10 washers $2, $$2.50 dryers. It usually costs more because I do deep clean and dry longer because you don’t want to put damp clothes in a plastic clear bag. I’m offering free pick up and delivery. Still no customers.
What town are you in? I'm in the same situation a small town with not much going on and was thinking about starting a laundromat with pud. My situation worries me because we don't have much population and I would be driving across three countries to try to make it work.
No one ever talks about the enormous cost for laundry pick up and delivery software. Just starting out people don't have a spare $4,000 or the customer base to support it
The software part of things is cheap, but the expensive part is building an effective website. The website needs to be localized and have original content built around what people are searching for. Software by itself won't get you customers, you need a strong online presence. I've seen people get started by using a 'free' website and then the business never takes off. Even with a good website, it takes time to get indexed by google and start getting traction. It is not a get rich quick program, but it is a retention business. You keep bringing in new clients and keep the ones you have, that's what drives the growth.

How big is the population?

Build the business first then add on as you can afford it. It keeps it simple and you’re less likely to fall apart
@@frandalanesaruff9796 I agree. I like growing organically and reinvesting in the business to help it grow.
I love these ladies
We have lots of nice ladies like this in Canada who would love your software :) 🇨🇦
