I feel best when I don't over eat.. I am eating only 1/4th or half of whats on my plate now.. When that one bite hits you and you feel full don't try to finish the whole plate no matter how good it is!

Update.... l did go back to .25 until it became reasonable and under control. Eating more often did help. I went up 3 clicks at a time. If it was harsh l would stay there until l felt better. Then go 3 clicks again when l did. Its been working. Down over 30 pounds currently.

Haven't started on Ozempic fearing hypoglycemia (I have seen a family member experience it - twice - and almost lose their life. It is scary). I thought you could not experience hypoglycemia on Ozempic because it is not insulin. Now Jennifer (below) says she is experiencing it. For now I am on Metformin, Glipizide and Invokana. My Dr. said to discontinue the Glipizide, but I forgot to ask her about the Invokana. Now I am more afraid than ever to start :(

My husband’s on Trulicity and there’s no micro clicks on his injectable 1.5 dose. And that’s the dose he was started on. Don’t know why he was he wasn’t started on 0.75. He’s been vomiting a bit a well. And in Australia at the moment it’s a bit hit or miss as to whether a prescription for Trulicity can be filled for some Diabetic People as there’s a lot of people using Trulicity for weight loss. So I’m left hypothesising if that’s the reason he wasn’t started on the lower dose…… These drugs can be the absolute pits for some people to take. Plus there’s the worry of Thyroid complications and Pancreatic problems…… ⚛️☮️🌏

I have been taking Trulicity for 4 months now and EVERY SINGLE DAY without fail I vomit…it starts with maybe a cough or a small burp and then I feel a sensation in my stomach like it burped inside and then I can’t control it …it IS coming at that moment so I have to be ready….it is annoying as all get out…for example on an empty stomach I walked for an hour on the treadmill yesterday and then tanned and straight after I headed to the bathroom thankfully because it happened lightning fast…I can be at the grocery store and I better pay attention for that ‘burp’ inside my stomach and then get straight to the bathroom…it is not letting up!! Anybody else feel that ‘burp’ sensation??

Wow thank you :). But ts really been affecting me life. Bad things I’ve been looking forward too. Returning to the workforce getting out of the house. Meeting people in a new town. Having been here over five years and I still haven’t. Weird they say you need to leave your house to meet people. Figure that lol. I have a teen daughter who has health issues but things are getting better. So I was excited about getting out there. Now I was fine at .25 and .50. It was tolerable. For sure. But now being on 1.00 I’m bed bound up practically. For the first our days. I can’t have that. I had to quit a new program that pays for university for two years I have to get better first. I’m too old to be put on hold. I’m starting a new career at almost 50 😔.
I’m going to go down. From 1.00 to .50 My dr had been asking if I need too. I have diabetes btw can’t take metformin makes me too I’ll. So this was great. Until now. I said no. Thinking no I’ll fail. I was loosing weight slowly but big difference for the last 4 or more years. Probably only needed to lose another 20 lbs. but over the winter for the first time in years I got those winter pounds back. Idk 12lbs. But I feel GROSSSSS. It’s made me look like I’ve gained 40. U know how a certain about can look like more then it is. But think it was because I’d skip doses or add more once or take the 1.0 knowing I was going to be sick. I think it would do me much better to go back down to .50 and use your good advice by going up micro clicks. I wanted to know how much each click was. Thank you

Update. Had a bad bout of Nausea day after injection. That subsided in the early afternoon in Sunday only to be replaced with terrible heartburn for the remainder of the day and into Monday morning. Need to take my second shot today and honestly I am really anxious about it. If it makes me as sick this time as the first one I will have to stop. The heartburn was so bad my voice changed when I talked from the acid buildup. I have GERD anyhow but this will be a deal breaker for me. I lost 6 pounds in a week so that's something but the acid reflux may not be worth it for me. Drink plenty of water otherwise so if you get backed up on the other end it may not be so bad. The side effects aren't worth it. I've read so many reviews and everyone is miserable. I took monjaro and was in the ER for pancreatitis.i could barely eat i was so nauseous. I was dizzy, had a headache, and a horrible stomach ache. This is not how i want to lose weight and get healthy. These shots make us bulimic. My Dr told me monjaro causes pancreatic issues. So he said hey try trilicity instead! It's in my fridge, i am way too afraid to try it after how i felt on the other one. I want to function and feel good as i lose weight not be miserable and puking every day.
