You can login to your TCS Ion app with your executive registration number and can do ODOP from there too. They'll mail you the certificate once you complete the program 100%. If you face issues, just tick the check box that you'll find during every video of the programme there so that it reaches 100% because some people face issues regarding this. Hope this helps :)

You definitely cant attend exam not even able to fill exam form
You must have to complete odop and pre test before filling exam form both are mandatory .
