It's possible that Acharya Prashant's philosophy, which encompasses both philosophy and psychology, may be challenging for some people in India to grasp fully. The complexity of his teachings might lead some individuals to perceive that he hasn't provided a direct answer, even though he has indeed addressed the question
its vedantic philosophy, its not a AP's individual philosophy. and the vedantic philosophy leaves you with question, not giving absolute answer,

Prakhar bhai he has never said only I can tell you. Also cigarette/sharab pine vala is definition ko ofcourse apni conditioning ka part banane ka try karega but yahi toh jab khud realize karega banda ki 'I am doing it poorly' tab hi to better kuch try karega. So in my opinion AP is just pointing out that you are doing it poorly and the proof of that is your dissatisfaction even after achieving what you desired. And you yourself have to find out what is better continuously until you are totally satisfied(that may never happen), But that's your journey, no Guru let alone AP can help you in that but then again the Guru can point out where you are going wrong & having started that journey before you(hence being ahead on the path) the Guru can point out the destination & giveyou a sense of direction.

Prakhar you yourself got confused in your words. If you listen to yourself clearly, you said that AP individual ke level pe nahi, aatma ya consciousness ke level pe deal kr re hai. So, drinking liquor and all can satisfy body or mind, but not the soul. Ap cleared that in the starting. So, that is why it is safe to say that AP philosophy or vedantic philosophy is better than someone's half equipped individualistic philosophy.

Dharma(कर्तव्य) is the pure nature of anything. It truly reflects what one should/would do.
(Let's say for FIRE, its BURNING things..in ideal situation, For Water its making things wet..or cold as air goes by, for sun its giving light without any discrimination)..
So, for HUMANS as they get a body..they starts believing in Duality, so they starts feeling that they are so confined ..in this immense world.
AP SAYS the true Dharma of HUMANS is then, not to go after things that are illusionary..and will never make you realise its...JUST ONE, (Not two..YOU (Ahankar) and the world.)
So the Real Dharma will actually help you see(realize) the truth of oneness. And not take you away. (As in the case of Alcohol, which will bring you back in the situation, considering yourself small and fighting withe the universe)

Senses gives them a perspective and makes them feel that they are the core of existence.
Body pehle aya ya mind?
Body here means both mind and all the physical organs we have.
Which came first?
Why either body or mind need to come first, both would have evolved from something primitive at the same time. Mind is what regulates organs so, if ther would be some activity (ingestion, excretion) there must be brain.
(The brain can be classified into two, one that is very ancient....responsible for most of the biological activities. And the other evolved brain (Pre frontal cortex PFC). So you can say that PFC has developed later...helping us question, think and generate ideas...leading human to came out of forest and bring Science into the picture.
You push them to a certain extent until they tip over. Motion starts at that very moment.

We try to find satisfaction in some kind of hypothetical spiritual solution, what I understood from AP's perspective on Vedanta is that enlightenment means to be satisfied in knowing that, that hypothetical spiritual solution actually can not be known.

Bhai never judge a book by its cover, thats just one video, you wouldn’t get it! He is Krishna or Swami Vivekananda or Budhha of today’s world, and we mean it, its a big thing to say man! Understand the impact he has .He is not some other motivational speaker or baba who makes you believe in supertitions or fantasy stories of purans! He has read every scripture you can think of, so he explains everything philosophically and practically,this one video won’t do him any justice or to his vast knowledge.

Paramatma is the nothingness. Tum apne emotions ko khatam karke, matlab apne indriyo ko kabu mey lakar apne andar paramatma ko paa sakte ho. Kyuki tumhare emotions hi woh Maya hai jiske baremey Shree Krishna bata rahe theey, tumne agar usko khatam kar diya toh Maya ke absence mey kya bacha? Answer is nothingness; and as i said, paramatma is the nothingness.
Ab en sab chizo ke baad bhi tumhe apna karm karna hi hoga. Ye duniya ek Maya hai; hamara culture, social system, literally everything! Tum Maya ko jitna bhi samjh lo par rehna tumhe es Maya mey hi hai. Aur tumhe es mayavi duniya ko behtar banane ke liye hi karm karna hoga. Khud paramatma ne bhi apne avatar lekar yehi Kiya hai aur karenge.
