What I like about your channel is that you respond to what is in front of you. The plan is the hike, the pictures are a reaction to what you see. That is my type of photography.
Over the last couple of years I have been on a similar journey and I more often than not end up just taking the GRiiiX with me whether on the moor or into the mountains, can't remember the last time I used my tripod, it has made me look at the world in much better way
It just brings more satisfaction as well and also promotes creativity. Tripod for photography is very much a past thing but I keep threatening long exposures so not writing it off. Cheers Andy, enjoy
I love your videos…I’ve just bought the R6 mki 2, and the 100-400 lens..great combo..but need lots of practice to get anywhere near as talented as you.!
You do the Lake District so well! And even better now with the 100-400. I have never been there but your images make me want to go, thanks for sharing. Enjoyed them all!
It’s a great set up Jackie, nice and light also which is a good advantage. Just shoot what grabs your attention and take multiple shots, trying different angles/ frames. I find once I’m back on the PC , it’s easier to decide what worked. Many thanks
English is my first and only language and I can barely understand you. 😂 It reminds me of the time I was in Inverness and asked someone what language the tour guy was speaking and was told English. 😳
Layers in the mist and contrast, lovely, James.
Thank you Dave, all great ingredients of course
Great video as always! Great photos.
Thank you, appreciate it

Exactly Keith. Like I said, my photography is not planned but the hike is. I find it so much more rewarding. Many Thanks
Very inspiring, again, tnx!
Many Thanks. Glad to have inspired 👍👍
A good start to 2024...loved the video and images, especially the black and white with the trees and sheep!
Thanks Neil. Sheep are such good models 😬👍
Another nice video - Thanks, Ken from Ohio
Thanks Ken from Ohio👍👍
Thank you James...
Cheers Paul, my pleasure
Cracking stuff again, continuing to inspire me to get out there more…..all the best for 2024 and good luck with job etc.
Thanks Rob. All the best to you too 👍👍
Beautiful compositions James. I always enjoy looking at your photographs.
Thank you Vander. That’s really good to hear, appreciate it 👍👍
Whatever the future may bring James I do envy you and your love of the Fells. You've always got them to go too.
Thanks Neville. They will always be there waiting for me
All you need is love. Love is all you need.
Peace brother 🌸🌈

Job wise? Are you going full time photography? Another series of great photos.
Ooh no Geoff. Something I wouldn’t consider. I’m in the market for a new job. Cheers 👍👍

The Lake District should be on everyone’s bucket list. Thanks Mark
At least it quiet up there, you didn't do to bad at all considering the flat light, plenty of Dubs up there to get wet in.
Think I saw 4 people up there, very peaceful but very wet which is funny as it’s hardly rained….. not! 😬Cheers Iain
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG I've noticed it rains quite a bit over there lol.

😁Subtitles are available! Now be honest, is that your real name or are you just a sausage? Many Thanks 😬👍
