Hi Catherine I love chop sui in Tonga they make this as there native food but I don't think it's from Tonga but bought from Asia I have been watching your videos from the past and they are so so good I bought the Canadian maple syrup on the maple taffy video and on the same day after I got home saw this video and it was so good

@@lookcatchuI have found the best food hacks this week the first is using rice bran oil for cooking it's the healthy part of the rice and it's the best for all types of cooking you should be able to find it at your local grocery store I shop at Woolworths I think it's American and Costco your fried rice will be healthy like brown rice but tasty like white rice also at the Asian grocery store there is something called basil seeds it comes in a 50 gram pack for around $2 AUD it's full of fibre your whole days worth in one pack and vitamin K which I have been eating kale to get this but you need 23 cups of kale to get your daily fibre 😂
