Barley Drink 薏米水 How to make it taste like Kopitiam style

There's no exact recipe needed for this drinks. If you want thicker barley, you can add more barley, you want sweeter add more sugar...
Basic ingredients that you need:

Water
Sugar
Pandan Leaves

What kind of barley seeds do you buy? The China type or Holland ? Any particular brand?

To cool and take out body heat I recommended the China Barley but it will not be as tasty as the Holland barley cook in Kopitiam style. China barley is dirty, i suggest you clean it by putting it in a bottle and shake it, you will see lots of dirt coming out. Cheers !

when cooking without lid but it doesnt really matters.. if it evaporated a lot just add water..

Before blending ,did u remove all the seeds or ?

Remove some of the barley if u want to save some to add in later. Else just blend all the barley.
