Pennywise is back, and only you and your friends can save Derry! In this terrifying installment of Game the Game, we're playing IT: Evil Below from The OP. Join Becca, Bonnie Gordon, Ross Thompson, James Katica, and Pat Marino as they navigate this do-or-die strategy game. The Losers' Club must band together, explore various locations around Derry, and beat back Pennywise. Spoiler alert: you'll float too!

1:01:34 the graphic has the wrong card pop up. The graphic says Same Location but the card visible on the game board says Totem. I was a bit confused by everything following this because of that.
They did the same thing later when they were talking about Eddie’s special power but it was instead showing Richies.

I feel Becca is sad on the inside because she can't be a traitor in someway in this game.
She probably could if the game developers gave the Bully as a playable character. I cannot remember his name but he was the one who was harassing the Loser Club and Pennywise ended up recruiting to help do his dirty work

Hey how can I recommend a board game to game to game
I feel like a mechanic of this game should be that, "If a player starts their turn in the same location as Pennywise, they CANNOT move to a new location if that player has a Bravery of 2 or less." It would a roleplaying aspect to the game portraying that the character that player is playing is frozen in fear by Pennywise that they cannot move or that they are hiding from him.
Alternatively, a similar rule: "If that player starts their turn in the same location as Pennywise, they MUST fight him at the end of their turn. If they choose to move to a new location and that player rolled a Balloon icon during their turn, add one ATTACK card to the Fight pile."
This would add another level of immersion by saying that the Loser's Club member got scared of Pennywise with his hallucinations and won since they fleed.
In hindsight, these two rules kind of overpower Pennywise but they really did not do much fighting and that looks like it is half the fun of this game which is why I thought of them. I guess another rule could be that each bend on the Loser track as it goes up the victory spot gives the party an ability (first bend = add random artifact card to the Fight Deck at the beginning of every fight, second bend = allows each player to heal one Bravery heart at the beginning of their turn if they are in a location with another player, two hearts if that character is Bev, and third bend = add two cards to the Fight deck rather one). It shows the Loser club winning and beating Pennywise and each bend means they are closer and closer to defeating him so the Loser track should reflect that.
Edit: I thought there was three bends but there is four so maybe... The first ability is to take one random card out of the FIGHT deck and exile it (discard it after the fight) in hopes that card is one of the ATTACK cards? Every other ability I mentioned get shifted up one for the fourth bends ability would be the "add two cards to the Fight deck rather one."
The rule book says you are supposed to start the fight stack with 6 totem cards and 1 attack, did they not do that?

You did get one rule wrong. When a Pennywise attack card is revealed from the fight deck it is returned to the bottom of the fight deck, not discarded. Although I might add that by playing with the Pennywise attack card being discarded is the only way I have been able to win the game.

49:37 did they even shuffle the deck? it looked like they just pulled the top card off, which was an attack because they just put one on top
They did because he discarded about 3 cards. And you can hear someone shuffling the cards

They did technically shuffle the deck but something that upsetted me is that they never like cut it or anything so you truly don’t know where the attack cards are at. The way they shuffled it, you can guess when the Attack card is coming up. I’m guessing that in that scenario you are speaking of, they placed the attack card on top and when they shuffled, a card never went on top of it, which is why it was the first pulled.

When "Richie" said we can play some Nintendo later and the dude said i dont think we can play that in this era is wrong. Not trying to nit pick but the new it movie this game is based on is set in 1988 and NES came out 1985
Sidenote: Has anyone gotten the game yet? I am only wondering because that game box in the backgrounds looks like the picture shifts sometimes as if it is holographic
I saw the game at a hot rags I went to which is why I looked it up. I don’t recall it being holographic.
seems weird that the rewards for fighting Pennywise can stack...but not a bad game though it seems very similar to virtually every other co-op game

18:01 Back when this game is set (which, I believe, is 1984), you'd be playing Atari, not Nintendo (the latter didn't start selling home consoles in North America until '85).

Yes, the book is the 50s to the Early-mid 80s! I think it’s very interesting the change in settings between the movie and the book.

I miss TableTop
Nothing against Becca and crew they are entertaining at times but Wil's TableTop series was more entertaining. He had more diverse amount of guest instead of cycling through like the same people that Game the Game does. Sometimes they would showcase more than one game an episode if the games were quick play like Zombie Dice, Get Bit! and Tsuro for example. Again I have nothing agianst GtG but Tabletop was the better series.

Animated Becca winked a me, so I gave her one too! Also, Bonnie doesn't need a bow to indicate she is a girl, she has other visual clues, two of them.
