She is not really a bad character but not the best to invest in. If you max her out she will be a little bit above average. If you are okay with that then go for it!

I would say you shoulr 100% get him to lv 40 gears since his sp 3 is armor piercing . Can't recomand you to get him any higher since he is not used that often tho.
