Hello, I'm not very sure if this argument is really relevant. In fact you don't have to be a physician to know that raising a dead is a miracle, whereas it seems that you have to be an expert in arabic to perceive the miraculous nature of the Quran.

Jesus cured sick and ill people too, by Allah's permission. That is what he meant. But even a person who seems dead to us, can still be alive but in deep coma for example.

What he means to say is that the experts are required to verify that the prophets aren't merely pulling some illusory tricks that may fool only the masses

@aciem From a medical and evidence based perspective there are reports of people being buried alive because the public thought they are dead. Sometimes after two or three days the person regains consciousness. So actually it takes a trained professional to confirm death and therefore differentiate between a real miracle and a medical anomaly. I hope that my answer helps you.

The prophet Muhammad pbuh also had other miracles, that you would believe everyone is capable of understanding it. Most miracels can only be witnessed by people who are around when the miracle happens, whereas the miracle of the Quran is still alive to this day. Miracles are supposed to be things that people are unable to recreate, obvious enough for people to understand that they aren't able to recreate it and believe that this is a sign from god. At the same time it shouldn't be too obvious, like for example angels becoming visible and telling you the truth. So there has to be enough room, that people aren't forced to believe by the miracle. If miracles were to really force people into belief there would be no test and this life wouldn't serve it's purpose. So if we keep that in mind I think it is only normal for a continuous miracle like the Quran to have a little more room for people to believe in it or not compared to reviving the dead.

Well there’s other miracles Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) did, the only difference is one of them we can actually observe. We can’t verify any of the miracles of the Jesus PBUH in the Bible as they aren’t recorded in reliable accounts. The gospels are written anonymously several decades after Jesus PBUH by non eye witnesses according to scholars.
The Quran is a miracle in many different realms.
