I'm really sick of people that are obvious trash, spreading lie's about Jocko. The guy owns everything he's done or hasn't done. its all about growing and learning.
Same here, and still continue to use this podcast to stay sober and improve my life. So congrats on being sober, and if u ever need 2 talk 2 someone who understands, feel free to contact me anytime, just reply to my comment and I can reach out to u in a more private setting so ur not spoiling all issues in a comment section lol😂. But anyways keep up the hard work!
It's awesome that we've been to hear from so many people who served with Jocko in Ramadi, from various branches of the military. It is especially impactful getting to listen to people who are talked about in the books.
I refuse to avoid pressure, I want to go through the fire to be made like gold. I'll be tuned in to this podcast while I finish my work this week. I pray that I continue to endure until the end by making my calling and election sure! (Let Ahayah's Will be Done) I AM - Exodus 3:13-15
In a world where men are shamed for being competitive, where men are shamed for wanting to be masculine, where men want to accomplish great things you are a voice that many of these young guys need to hear.
I suffer from autism, anxiety and thoughts of hurting myself. If engaging with pressure is the only way to succeed, then what value do I have? I dont want to be great. I just want to be good and exist.
The point isn't to be great. You will improve your own self image if you do difficultthings. And difficult can be an individual determination. Set realistic goals and accomplish them.
Pick a realistic, but challenging goal. Maybe that's a sub 6:30 mile. Maybe that's a promotion at work. It doesn't matter what you pick as long as it is realistic and takes deliberate, consistent effort for a few months. Physically write down on a piece of paper the steps between you and that goal. Go do them. By the end of this process, you will have found new goals for yourself. Two or three goals in, you will have a different image of yourself than you do now. You have no reason to trust me on that, but do it anyway. It'll work out, buddy.
It might seen like that now but I promise that if u set little goals at first and do those, and as long as u put in the effort, u can never go wrong even if there's a fork in the road. You have the ability to change ur perspective and how u take in and deal with challenges. I know u can do it, and others believe in u as well, so stop trying to convince that inner voice/Self doubt bcuz u can do anything u want as long as u put in the time, patience, and changing how u talk to urself is/should be the first step in this process, bcuz if u do that, then u will see what others are telling u that u can and 2 believe in urself. So work hard and u will succeed!
"Spaz" from "The Last Punisher", the one who would not ease off the hazing on the newguys no matter what, even through the end of the Ramadi deployment? 😂
there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.
i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.
one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page
i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.
i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.
