Yes, in the US each state not only has their emblem but also their own flag. The national flag flies next to the state flag outside govt buildings. I think where there is already unity there’s no need to have one state emblem. People are proud of the state they live in and proud of the country they live in. This freedom (I.e. for each state to have its own emblem and or flag) should be available in a true Democracy.

India is made in the idea of unity in Diversity❤️. Every state has their on history, culture, language, geography. So made them as uniform thing is not easy.
17:07 haha.. that logic is flawed. But its good to be flawed, that is when you learn. Don't take Emblems too seriously. A state emblem can't be threat to National Unity. Not only states or countries, but many central and state govt departments have their own emblems. Emblems signify uniqueness for representational purpose and focus of the body they represent, but not Identity Pride. For Identity Pride of citizenry, National Flags are enuf. And therefore, neither Indian nor Pakistani citizens (are allowed to) use their state flags to present their identity. If State flags are used, like it happened in Jammu and Kashmir for sometime, that symbolizes the sentiment of alienation. Emblems don't.

In Andhra Pradesh emblem it's not Hindi, basically it's Sanskrit's writing system - Devanagari lipi, because Telugu is derived from Sanskrit and FYI: Telugu is also known as "Italian of the east".
All indian language derived from sanskrit..... and urdu is mixture of hindi, Arabic, Persian( Hindi is 2/3rd )

The emblem is a circular seal depicting the Lion Capital of Ashoka encircled by ears of rice. Below the capital are three wavy lines in the colours of the Indian national flag, which represent the rivers of the state, flanked by two lightning bolts which represent as Energy Surplus State. The whole emblem is surrounded by 36 fortifications representing the 36 fortresses after which the state is named.

Every state should represent its land in the emblem. If you see every emblem has Indian emblem embedded to it. There is nothing wrong in having your own emblem representing your land but also has a piece of national emblem in it. If you see in USA, every state has its own flag. So, there is nothing wrong or it doesn’t mean you don’t have unity.

Hello iman , there are two types of government rules in our country , central and state government , so whenever government need to release gadget notification on stamp paper they need their own letter head to put stamp to make official communication to their respective officials and officers , so receiver can differentiate the government wise official massage and they can use it official purpose
