HB: Final Form Exists Biz: Yeah I MIGHT go and follow you to go and get that. Rad: Limit Form is also in there. Biz: I AM DEFINITELY Going to follow you to get that. That had me dying.
No Promise Charm seems like a good decision for co-op because co-op basically has you looking through checks at twice the pace, so the runs end up too short if you have both that and Promise Charm.
@@FlameHidden If you have the Promise Charm and all three Proofs, you can examine the monitor in the middle of the Garden to go to a version of the Station of Awakening that has a bunch of Bulky Vendors, which you can use for quick experience grinding, and then takes you straight to the final boss. This lets you skip all of The World That Never Was.
Honnestly not fan of Promised Charm, Roxas and Xigbar are some of the toughest bosses and I think it's more interesting when the player(s) have to think of how they will tackle them.
Just so we're clear BB, as one of the youtube ppl... (and I'm not sure how viable this is) but I'd be interested in seeing your CO-OP partner's ending gameplay as you talk them through their last little bits or just chat with them. There's always some sort of interesting insights you dish out. Not sure if you can change JUST your display (while keeping your face there I guess) to their gameplay but if you can, I'd still keep watching.
So uh, what does the promise charm do? I’ve watched a lot of your randos and am unsure of what it does. Does it skip World That Never Was so that you can access the end game immediately?
If you have the Promise Charm and all Proofs, you can interact with the monitor at GoA and head straight to the final fights (after Xemnas). Skipping the entirety of TWTNW.
Afaik, it's a 3rd party application that looks through the spoiler log, and generates text files with hints about how many "important items" a particular place has. As you get Ansem reports, you just open the appropriate text file. Important items are stuff like magic, proofs, more reports and I think Second Chance and Once More. I think they may implement it directly into the rando later, but for now it's a 3rd party thing.
Sixth (not like anyone cares) but watching your videos lately kinda helps inspire me. I just watch these randos and sorta meditate on what I would like to change. I've been wanting to make a mod for this game but I can't figure out how to use tools to edit extracted files and make a patch so I've just been getting ideas in the meantime
So I’ve been wondering, in every rando vid he never gets the chest on the right in the very beginning. Why is that? I assume you’d want to get that before it turns into two chests after touching the monitor, unless there’s nothing in it? Or maybe I’m overthinking it idk.
It doesn't turn into two chests; a third chest shows up. In the base game, that's where the Nonexistent Proof is, and it spawns for beating all the Data Org fights that are in the original version of this room. So when you activate the screens, the rando is programmed to make that third chest be there. So the chest on the right, he just gets after activating the screens.
@@PrythianMetrar So, and correct me if I'm misunderstanding, the chest on the right before touching monitor is the same as whats's there after touching monitor but he just waits to get it because it's easier to get it with the third one that only spawns after touching monitor?
well before the video starts i might as well guess where stuff is. Proof guess: Form levels Beast's castle CoR I can't wait to be super wrong as usual :D Edit: basically the luck i thought i would have. maybe I'll get all 3 someday :P
They have a modded version of KH2FM where every single collectable, Proof, Promise Charm, item, ability, Magic, keyblade, drive form, charm (summons) is randomly placed behind the following things: Chest, Popups, Bonus' (the things you get in the top right corner for doing bosses, minigames, forced fights), drive form levels (normally where SORA'S growth abilities would be, not the forms abilities), Sora Leveling up, and Keyblades (Only support abilities like Combo Plus, Drive Boost, Magic Lock on, Light and Dark, etc etc) Both of them have the same seed (or randomly generated instance) and the goal is to Collect all 3 Proofs (the things that give you Crowns) and beat Final Xemnas. Since they are doing a Co-Op, and have the same seed, when one person finds Final Form for example like Radclaw did in the Postern, BB knows that Final is there, and can go there to get it. The tracker under BB is to know what he has (Summons, Magic, Proofs, Growth Abilities and how many of each, Forms and their levels, as well as the worlds he has done (including second visits, Data fights, Torn Page counter, etc etc)

Someone explain this gamemode to me 🤣
A majority of rewards are randomized throughout the game, and the goal is to get all 3 proofs and then kill Xemnas
They have a modded version of KH2FM where every single collectable, Proof, Promise Charm, item, ability, Magic, keyblade, drive form, charm (summons) is randomly placed behind the following things: Chest, Popups, Bonus' (the things you get in the top right corner for doing bosses, minigames, forced fights), drive form levels (normally where SORA'S growth abilities would be, not the forms abilities), Sora Leveling up, and Keyblades (Only support abilities like Combo Plus, Drive Boost, Magic Lock on, Light and Dark, etc etc)
