Last year was class. This year is brash, youthfulness. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but it's bold and suits the personality of this team under Arteta. Based on some of the comments, many people may not like it, but there are plenty of people who do. Because there's nothing else like it in the EPL this season (that we've seen so far). This is one of the first times I saw a kit that made me smile like that child who first fell in love with the Arsenal kits from my youth. Arsenal always has the classiest kit with our traditional red & white. We always have a bold kit, like the bruised banana, that become treasures in time despite being considered tacky or atrocious at the time. This one definitely is a bold take. I like it.
Yea, people forget that bruised banana wasn't that popular at first and now it's a classic. This one isn't gorgeous, but it's not grotesque either. It's ok.
Looks like the tacky kind of kit that you'd see in the bundensliga. And now this is definitely not trendy. They could have made the color look awesome if it had a pattern that didn't look straight out of 2009.
