there are other youtubers in Pampanga who also do house tours and yet the seller of this house chose Presello to present it. and I totally understand that. a unique and beautiful house like this should also be presented by the top-tier team like Presello
The subdivision should have prioritized side walks instead of maximizing lot sizes for profits.
I am that person that doesn't like curtains in the living room. And I very much appreciated this house because the glass wall have a brick fence/wall outside. So talagang open ang environment pero private at secure pa din.
Ang ganda, ang gorgeous ng design,. yung staff quarter nga lang parang masyadong maliit sya para sa 3-4 staff,..
Oo na di ko yan afford 😂 concern lang sa mga taong mapapagod sa pagtatrabaho sa malaking bahay nayan araw2x
The exterior of the house is gorgeous, and I was expecting so much for the inside of the house as well. Interior is good as too, but I am just a little concerned about the bedrooms, especially the staff's quarters because it doesn't even have a tiny open window for a natural air ventilation. Bedrooms are big but there's not much natural air flow (expect for the master bedroom) And I am weirded out by how the master bathroom is not together with the walk in closet. Those 2 should be the one together, and not the powder room with the walk in closet. But all in all it's still a stunning house.

First time ko makakaita ng ensuite toilet and bath na magkahiwalay pero gusto ko iyung idea na yon para kapag naliligo ka at dumudumi yung asawa mo, hindi mo maaamoy iyung pupu nya. Or vice versa. Hahaha. I love this house.

The architect totally made use every inch of the lot!! This will be a challenge to any interior decorator to furnish especially the right window coverings. 2 feature I find a little concerning is the use of glass which can break in a quake and afford the release of energy. The pool should have a cover to protect from the elements. Definitely unique!!

I didnt like the bathrooms, see,. After i do my thingy, i go out of the bathroom without washing my hands because the lavatory is in the middle. I dont know who the owner is and their culture but it is standard in all bathrooms to have.. door first, then lavatory, next is water closet then shower. Only that but everything is so modern and i like a house with high ceiling

@@XavierBakunawa The living/dining and kitchen are the focal points of any home. This kitchen looks like it's stuck in a corner and out of proportion to the other areas, it also looks outdated and not user-friendly, cupboard space seems limited.

Those toilet and shower rooms were so underwhelming when you compare it to the whole house. There are more local developers that could do much better given the 70 million budget. Maybe the lot costs more than the house itself. That's how most of korean houses were anyway, the facade and materials are top notch but the floor plan is kinda out of touch and unpractical in terms of daily use.

I'm not a kapampangan, but I've been living here in Pampanga since 2003 and I've never been discriminated. In fact, if you're from Manila parang mas cool pa nga sa kanila 😅 (yung lang I don't know kung kapag taga ibang province ka and not from Manila)

It’s so funny how people in the Philippines keeps calling a toilet a water closet when it’s not even enclosed in a small room to be called closet. No offense but the reason why it’s being called a water closet is because it’s sitting on it’s closed compartment for you to have your own privacy. Now if it’s not enclosed then it’s only called a toilet. Like I said no offense and I didn’t mean any harm of what I’ve said it’s just the fact, that a water closet is a toilet enclosed in a small room within a bathroom 🥰
