Honestly the house is very big and impeccably beautiful. The contrasting tiles on the walls and floorings creates a character for the house. But that power line tower is a deal breaker.
One disadvantage of this house is the location, very close to the electric tower.
It's better if fully furnished for the price of 90M.

overpriced for CdO. just my 2 cents. Considering, $1.6M is a nice house in a nice location in Syosset, NY. Syosset is a really nice neighborhood in Long Island, NY. The pricing structure of Phil real estate needs to be reviewed.
