It was good but it's not realistic maybe in dramas it's accurate lol bc in real life he wouldn't be doing his wife surgery. Bc it would be risky for the patient bc the doctor is emotionally involved and may not be able to make the right decision. The author did do a good job showing that on jk part... but it's still good and alot better then some other ff bc she showed that emotion.

its preferable for the doctors to not operate on them but its not a must tho, i have seen doctors operating their own family members so its not a rule, they can do it if they r capable enough to suppress their emotions and focus on operating the patient. infact there are cases where a husband doctor delivered his own baby both through C-section and normal delivery too. i think it just depends on the country or place ur talking about otherwise if u look at universal doctor laws then its not mentioned as a rule but just a preference only.
